王曲電廠600MW機(jī)組電除塵提效改造研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),空氣質(zhì)量越來(lái)越受到人們的關(guān)注,冬季全國(guó)多地持續(xù)的霧霾天氣更是嚴(yán)重影響到人們的身體健康和生活質(zhì)量。隨著環(huán)境問(wèn)題的日益突出,國(guó)家制定了越來(lái)越嚴(yán)格的火力發(fā)電廠鍋爐煙塵排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),這對(duì)新建燃煤發(fā)電廠或已有燃煤發(fā)電廠的煙塵排放都提出了更高的要求。王曲發(fā)電公司1、2號(hào)機(jī)組電除塵設(shè)備是按照2004年開(kāi)始實(shí)施的《火電廠大氣污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》執(zhí)行設(shè)計(jì)的,此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定燃煤機(jī)組排塵濃度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行50mg/m~3。加上機(jī)組長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)行,電除塵效率下降,難以長(zhǎng)期持續(xù)維持排放煙氣中的煙塵濃度不高于20mg/m~3或30mg/m~3。因此須對(duì)王曲電廠的電除塵器進(jìn)行升級(jí)改造。本文汲取了國(guó)內(nèi)外電除塵器的改造經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合王曲電廠的實(shí)際情況,提出了四類(lèi)電除塵設(shè)備的改造方案:一是在靜電除塵器的基礎(chǔ)上適當(dāng)改造并加裝布袋除塵器形成電袋除塵器;二是增設(shè)布袋除塵器及其配套設(shè)施;三是對(duì)原來(lái)的靜電除塵設(shè)備進(jìn)行升級(jí)改造;四是電除塵不改造在脫硫塔后增加濕式電除塵器。針對(duì)四種改造方案,本文從設(shè)備投資、運(yùn)行維護(hù)費(fèi)用和年費(fèi)用等經(jīng)濟(jì)性指標(biāo)進(jìn)行比較,由不同方案經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析看若三相電源改造后能夠達(dá)到環(huán)保要求時(shí)其改造費(fèi)用最低。因此王曲電廠采用對(duì)原來(lái)的靜電除塵設(shè)備進(jìn)行升級(jí)改造的方案。為進(jìn)一步降低出口煙塵濃度及有效提高機(jī)組的脫硫效率,王曲電廠還進(jìn)行了脫硫系統(tǒng)除霧器改造。經(jīng)試驗(yàn)測(cè)試改造效果達(dá)到預(yù)定目標(biāo),符合最新的排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, people pay more and more attention to the air quality, and the sustained haze weather in winter has a serious impact on people's health and quality of life. With the increasingly prominent environmental problems, the state has formulated more and more strict emission standards for boiler smoke and dust emissions from coal-fired power plants, which puts forward higher requirements for smoke emissions from new coal-fired power plants or existing coal-fired power plants. According to the Standard of Atmospheric Pollutant Emission of Thermal Power Plant, the electric precipitating equipment of No. 1 and No. 2 units of Wangqu Power Plant is designed according to the standard of emission of atmospheric pollutants from thermal power plants, which stipulates that the standard of dust removal concentration of coal-fired units shall be 50 mg / m ~ (3). Combined with the long-term operation of the unit, the efficiency of electric dust removal is decreased, and it is difficult to maintain the smoke and dust concentration in the flue gas for a long time to be no higher than that of 20mg/m~3 or 30 mg / m ~ (3). Therefore, it is necessary to upgrade the ESP of Wangqu Power Plant. This paper draws on the experience of domestic and foreign ESP retrofitting, combined with the actual situation of Wangqu Power Plant, Four kinds of retrofit schemes of electrostatic precipitator are put forward: one is to properly reform and install bag dust collector on the basis of electrostatic precipitator, the other is to add bag dust collector and its supporting facilities. The third is to upgrade the original electrostatic precipitator and the fourth is to increase the wet electrostatic precipitator after the desulfurization tower. According to the economic indexes of equipment investment, operation and maintenance cost and annual cost, this paper compares the four retrofit schemes. According to the economic analysis of different schemes, it is shown that if the three-phase power supply can meet the environmental protection requirements after the transformation, the cost of the revamping will be the lowest. Therefore, Wangqu Power Plant adopted the original electrostatic dust removal equipment upgrading scheme. In order to further reduce the smoke concentration at the outlet and effectively improve the desulfurization efficiency of the unit, the fogger of the desulphurization system was retrofitted in Wangqu Power Plant. The test and test results reach the target and meet the latest emission standards.
