有機(jī)硅材料灌封接線盒安全性能測試分析研究

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代社會的發(fā)展,電氣設(shè)備在人們的生活中扮演著越來越重要的角色,尤其是現(xiàn)代化建筑的建設(shè),對電氣設(shè)備和電氣線路提出了更高的要求,電氣設(shè)備使用和電氣線路運(yùn)行基數(shù)的增大加大了電氣火災(zāi)的風(fēng)險。電氣接線盒中導(dǎo)線多而復(fù)雜,是電氣線路重要的隱患部位,在電氣線路施工和安裝中常把接線盒安裝到隱蔽工程或狹窄空間中,不易被人察覺,一旦發(fā)生短路、過載、導(dǎo)線接觸不良等隱患,后果十分嚴(yán)重,甚至對人員生命造成威脅。本文提出有機(jī)硅材料灌封接線盒技術(shù),在電氣線路接線盒內(nèi)的導(dǎo)線外充滿灌封材料,利用有機(jī)硅材料的物理、化學(xué)特性保護(hù)電氣線路,提高電氣線路整體的安全性。首先研究了灌封接線盒相關(guān)技術(shù),包括灌封的定義和作用、灌封材料的選擇、灌封工藝等,確定了以有機(jī)硅材料作為灌封材料,根據(jù)電氣線路的灌封要求制備了有機(jī)硅材料并進(jìn)行灌封實(shí)驗(yàn),制作了模擬電氣線路接線盒的裝置。之后研究了電氣線路導(dǎo)線的發(fā)熱、導(dǎo)熱原理,得出電氣線路溫度變化與線路負(fù)載的聯(lián)系。隨后研究了紅外成像相關(guān)技術(shù)和測溫原理,利用紅外成像儀研究有機(jī)硅材料灌封接線盒導(dǎo)熱性,對模擬裝置進(jìn)行灌封前、灌封后接線盒不同工作條件下溫度的測試,并進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)和圖像分析。電氣線路上的負(fù)載越大,接線盒內(nèi)導(dǎo)線接頭的溫度越高,灌封后下降的溫差也越大,灌封效果越好;灌封前接線盒內(nèi)熱量集中于導(dǎo)線接頭處,灌封后接線盒內(nèi)熱量均勻向外散播,接線盒內(nèi)溫度整體降低。最后對有機(jī)硅材料進(jìn)行了環(huán)境試驗(yàn)和電化學(xué)分析,模擬電氣線路的使用環(huán)境,評估有機(jī)硅材料灌封接線盒的可靠性。通過試驗(yàn)前后的全目視檢查、電子顯微分析和局部交流阻抗測試分析,得出有機(jī)硅材料的在紫外照射、鹽霧、濕熱試驗(yàn)中具有良好的防護(hù)效果,綜合分析評價有機(jī)硅材料灌封接線盒的安全性,對預(yù)防電氣線路火災(zāi)具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern society, electrical equipment plays a more and more important role in people's life, especially in the construction of modern buildings. The use of electrical equipment and the increase of the operating base of electrical lines increase the risk of electrical fires. There are many and complex conductors in the electric junction box, which is an important hidden danger part of the electrical line. In the construction and installation of the electrical line, the junction box is often installed in the hidden project or the narrow space, it is not easy to be noticed, once the short circuit occurs, the overload occurs. Wire contact and other hidden dangers, the consequences are very serious, and even threaten the lives of personnel. In this paper, the technology of silicone sealing junction box is put forward, in which the wire inside the junction box of the electrical circuit is filled with the sealing material. The physical and chemical characteristics of the organic silicon material are used to protect the electrical circuit and improve the overall safety of the electrical circuit. In this paper, the relative technology of the sealing junction box is studied, including the definition and function of the filling box, the selection of the filling material, the filling process and so on. The silicone material is used as the filling material. According to the requirements of electrical circuit sealing, the silicone material was prepared and the experiment was carried out, and the device of simulating electrical circuit junction box was made. Then, the heating and heat conduction principle of electric wire is studied, and the relation between the temperature change of electric line and the load of line is obtained. Then the infrared imaging technology and the principle of temperature measurement are studied. The thermal conductivity of silicone sealing junction box is studied by using infrared imager. The temperature of the junction box before and after sealing is measured before and after filling. And data and image analysis. The larger the load on the electric circuit, the higher the temperature of the wire connector in the junction box, the greater the temperature difference of the drop after the pouring, the better the sealing effect is, and the heat in the junction box is concentrated at the junction of the wire before the sealing. After filling, the heat in the junction box is distributed evenly, and the temperature in the junction box decreases as a whole. Finally, the environmental test and electrochemical analysis of silicone materials were carried out to simulate the operating environment of electrical circuits and to evaluate the reliability of silicone filling junction boxes. Through the full visual examination, electron microscope analysis and local AC impedance analysis before and after the test, it is concluded that the silicone material has good protective effect in the experiments of purple external irradiation, salt spray and damp heat test. Comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the safety of silicone filling junction box is of great significance to prevent electrical line fire.
