融于層次分裂過程的多類型輸電斷面搜索方法

【摘要】:輸電斷面集中體現(xiàn)了電網(wǎng)的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),是系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行監(jiān)控的重點(diǎn)。從電力網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化發(fā)展的局域特征出發(fā),提出了一種融于層次分裂過程的多類型輸電斷面同步搜索方法;陔娋W(wǎng)局域間聯(lián)絡(luò)線路拓?fù)溥B接弱功能作用強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn),定義輸電線路的電氣耦合強(qiáng)度指標(biāo)。通過反復(fù)移除電氣耦合強(qiáng)度最大的輸電線路來分裂電網(wǎng),產(chǎn)生聯(lián)絡(luò)線簇。組合聯(lián)絡(luò)線簇搜索出不同類型輸電斷面,并基于電網(wǎng)局域內(nèi)部連接稠密度的分布特性,提出最小局域用于判別分裂過程是否終止。IEEE39節(jié)點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)算例和某省網(wǎng)實(shí)際算例的結(jié)果表明,所提方法不依賴于人工經(jīng)驗(yàn),能夠有效搜索出不同安全主題關(guān)注的不同類型輸電斷面。
[Abstract]:The transmission section reflects the weak link of the power network and is the key point of the system operation monitoring. Based on the local characteristics of the evolution and development of power networks, a synchronous searching method for multi-type transmission sections is proposed, which is integrated into the hierarchical splitting process. Based on the weak function of the topological connection of the local connection line, the electrical coupling strength index of the transmission line is defined. By repeatedly removing the transmission lines with the highest electrical coupling strength, the power grid is split and tie line clusters are generated. Combined tie-line clusters are used to search different types of transmission sections, and based on the distribution characteristics of the local connection density, In this paper, a minimum local method is proposed to determine whether the splitting process is terminated or not. The results show that the proposed method does not depend on artificial experience, as shown by the standard example of the IEEE39 node system and the actual example of a provincial network. It can effectively search different types of transmission sections with different security concerns.
