【摘要】：隨著電力系統(tǒng)自動化水平的不斷提升,電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行對實時數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量的要求越來越高,因此針對不良數(shù)據(jù)的檢測與辨識就顯得尤為必要。傳統(tǒng)的不良數(shù)據(jù)檢測方法基本都是估計后的算法,需要反復(fù)進(jìn)行多次狀態(tài)估計,計算量較大的同時還有可能造成"殘差淹沒"或"殘差污染"現(xiàn)象,所以較為理想的狀態(tài)就是在估計前就能把不良數(shù)據(jù)檢測辨識出來,而本文研究的基于關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則挖掘的不良數(shù)據(jù)檢測與辨識方法可以在一定程度上解決這些問題。本文研究內(nèi)容主要有以下幾點(diǎn):1)研究傳統(tǒng)的不良數(shù)據(jù)檢測與辨識方法,分析它們的局限性與不足之處,根據(jù)狀態(tài)估計前不良數(shù)據(jù)檢測的優(yōu)越性提出關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則挖掘算法在這一課題中應(yīng)用的可行性;2)對關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則中的經(jīng)典算法—Apriori算法進(jìn)行深入研究,分析其不足,并在傳統(tǒng)Apriori算法基礎(chǔ)上,提出一種改進(jìn)的多維關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則算法,并將兩種算法進(jìn)行對比分析,驗證改進(jìn)算法的有效性;3)引進(jìn)時態(tài)關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則的概念,重點(diǎn)研究其中的一類——周期性關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則,闡述周期性關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則的基本思想和算法實現(xiàn)等,并針對基本算法提出改進(jìn)并將其實現(xiàn),使能減少不必要的周期性支持度計數(shù)、降低時間成本;4)將改進(jìn)后的關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則算法應(yīng)用到估計前不良數(shù)據(jù)的檢測與辨識中:在不知道系統(tǒng)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)的前提下以歷史數(shù)據(jù)樣本為基礎(chǔ),通過關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則挖掘獲得每個時刻對應(yīng)的量測預(yù)測量;之后通過人為設(shè)定不良數(shù)據(jù)的方法進(jìn)行實驗分析,利用時間屬性與狀態(tài)量的相關(guān)聯(lián)系驗證當(dāng)前時刻狀態(tài)值的正確性,從而驗證了本文提出的方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of power system automation, the real-time data quality is becoming more and more important in power network operation, so it is necessary to detect and identify the bad data. The traditional bad data detection methods are basically estimated algorithms, which need repeated state estimation, which may cause "residual inundation" or "residual pollution". Therefore, the ideal state is to detect and identify the bad data before the estimation, and the method based on association rule mining can solve these problems to some extent. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) to study the traditional methods of bad data detection and identification, and to analyze their limitations and shortcomings. According to the superiority of bad data detection before state estimation, the feasibility of applying association rule mining algorithm in this subject is put forward. (2) the classical algorithm-Apriori algorithm in association rules is deeply studied, and its shortcomings are analyzed. Based on the traditional Apriori algorithm, an improved multidimensional association rule algorithm is proposed, and the two algorithms are compared and analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the improved algorithm and introduce the concept of temporal association rules. This paper focuses on a class of periodic association rules, expounds the basic idea and algorithm implementation of periodic association rules, and puts forward some improvements to the basic algorithms and implements them, which can reduce the unnecessary periodic support count. The improved association rule algorithm is applied to the detection and identification of bad data before estimation: based on historical data samples without knowing the topological structure of the system. By mining association rules, the corresponding measurements and predictions at each time are obtained, and then the correctness of the current state value is verified by the correlation between the time attribute and the state quantity, and the experimental analysis is carried out by the method of artificial setting bad data. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified.
