青海地區(qū)光伏電站35kV系統(tǒng)接地方式的研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著國(guó)家新能源戰(zhàn)略的推進(jìn),太陽(yáng)能、風(fēng)能等新能源技術(shù)得到了前所未有的發(fā)展,青海省海西地區(qū)集中式光伏電站的建設(shè)也取得了前所未有的成就,截止2016年底光伏裝機(jī)占青海省海西地區(qū)總裝機(jī)容量的66.1%。本論文結(jié)合多年的光伏電站運(yùn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及青海省海西地區(qū)光伏電站現(xiàn)有的中性點(diǎn)接地方式,從過(guò)電壓與絕緣水平、供電可靠性、通訊干擾、人身安全、系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的可能性等方面出發(fā),對(duì)其各自的原理、適用范圍和優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)等進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的分析比較,根據(jù)光伏電站的特性提出光伏電站中低壓系統(tǒng)合理的接地方式。確定中性點(diǎn)接地方式后,結(jié)合多年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和青海地區(qū)常用的中低壓側(cè)接線(xiàn)方式,對(duì)中性點(diǎn)經(jīng)低電阻接地的光伏電站探討接地變、主變、饋線(xiàn)等相關(guān)設(shè)備的繼電保護(hù)整定計(jì)算原則,進(jìn)行短路電流分析計(jì)算,針對(duì)零序短路電流計(jì)算,給出了不同短路點(diǎn)流過(guò)各自保護(hù)裝置的零序電流計(jì)算方法,并給出了經(jīng)過(guò)渡電阻接地的零序電流計(jì)算方法。同時(shí),對(duì)雙回線(xiàn)并網(wǎng)、多級(jí)線(xiàn)路并網(wǎng)等復(fù)雜的接線(xiàn)方式進(jìn)行了短路電流計(jì)算分析。最后結(jié)合實(shí)際案例,進(jìn)一步分析相關(guān)的短路電流計(jì)算及保護(hù)整定計(jì)算。最后,根據(jù)多年光伏電站事故跳閘分析的總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)光伏電站的設(shè)計(jì)、施工、運(yùn)行等環(huán)節(jié)提出一些注意事項(xiàng),為后續(xù)光伏電站的建設(shè)、運(yùn)行維護(hù)提供參考意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of national new energy strategy, new energy technologies such as solar and wind energy have been developed unprecedented, and the construction of centralized photovoltaic power plants in Haixi area of Qinghai Province has also made unprecedented achievements. By the end of 2016, photovoltaic machines accounted for 66.1 percent of the total installed capacity in Haixi, Qinghai Province. This paper combines many years of operation experience of photovoltaic power station and the existing neutral grounding mode of photovoltaic power station in Haixi area of Qinghai Province, from overvoltage and insulation level, power supply reliability, communication interference, personal safety, Based on the possibility of system development, this paper makes a simple analysis and comparison of their respective principles, applicable scope, advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward a reasonable grounding mode for the medium and low voltage system of photovoltaic power plants according to the characteristics of photovoltaic power plants. After determining the grounding mode of neutral point, combined with years of working experience and common connection mode of middle and low voltage side in Qinghai area, the grounding transformer and main transformer of photovoltaic power station with neutral point grounding through low resistance grounding are discussed. Based on the calculation principle of relay protection setting for feeder and other related equipments, the analysis and calculation of short-circuit current are carried out. For the calculation of zero-sequence short-circuit current, the calculation method of zero-sequence current with different short-circuit points flowing through their respective protective devices is given. The calculation method of zero sequence current after crossing resistance grounding is given. At the same time, the short circuit current calculation and analysis are carried out for the complex connection modes of double circuit line and multistage line. Finally, combined with practical cases, the related short-circuit current calculation and protection setting calculation are further analyzed. Finally, according to the experience of accident tripping analysis of photovoltaic power station for many years, some matters needing attention in the design, construction and operation of photovoltaic power station are put forward, which can provide reference for the construction, operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power station.
