【摘要】:為了在閉式循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)凝汽器清洗過程中兼顧清洗成本、清洗效率以及設(shè)備安全性等多方面因素,進(jìn)而代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的凝汽器清洗方法,提出了一種閉式循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)凝汽器仿生態(tài)自然清洗方法。通過向閉式循環(huán)水中投放固體清洗顆粒以模擬開式循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)水體中沙粒對(duì)于凝汽器換熱管束的自然清洗過程,并構(gòu)建了能夠精確反映清洗過程的數(shù)學(xué)和物理模型,通過數(shù)值模擬的手段驗(yàn)證了清洗方案的合理性,研究了顆粒密度和直徑對(duì)于顆粒在冷卻管中的分布均勻性、沖刷強(qiáng)度的影響,優(yōu)化了顆粒的選型方案。
[Abstract]:In order to take account of many factors, such as cleaning cost, cleaning efficiency and equipment safety, in the process of condenser cleaning in closed circulating water system, the traditional method of condenser cleaning is replaced. A method of ecological natural cleaning of condenser in closed circulating water system is presented. By injecting solid cleaning particles into closed circulating water to simulate the natural cleaning of condenser heat transfer tube bundles by sand particles in open circulating water system, a mathematical and physical model which can accurately reflect the cleaning process is constructed. The rationality of the cleaning scheme was verified by numerical simulation. The effects of particle density and diameter on the distribution uniformity and scour strength of particles in the cooling pipe were studied and the particle selection scheme was optimized.
