三相異步電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)同步運(yùn)行節(jié)能裝置的研究

【摘要】:油田抽油機(jī)大部分時(shí)間都處在空抽、輕載以及未滿負(fù)荷狀態(tài)下運(yùn)行,電機(jī)運(yùn)行效率和功率因數(shù)約較低,能源浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重。由于油田的特殊情況,負(fù)載的周期性變化,使得電機(jī)很難在較高的功率因數(shù)下運(yùn)行,而同步電機(jī)可以通過調(diào)節(jié)勵(lì)磁電流來改變功率因數(shù),使得電機(jī)輸出的機(jī)械特性和負(fù)載特性相匹配,這樣就使得電機(jī)的工作效率大大提升,減少了無謂的消耗,實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能,這在當(dāng)今國家提倡節(jié)能減排的大背景下,設(shè)計(jì)出一種可以穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的勵(lì)磁節(jié)能裝置就顯得很有必要了。本論文的主要任務(wù)就是設(shè)計(jì)一套數(shù)字式勵(lì)磁調(diào)節(jié)裝置,使得抽油機(jī)無論是滿載或是輕載時(shí)都能以較高的功率因數(shù)運(yùn)行,使得它的功率因數(shù)接近為1,電機(jī)的運(yùn)行效果最好、節(jié)能效果良好,通過PIC16F系列單片機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)信號的采集以及控制算法的處理,通過引腳輸出的調(diào)制脈沖來控制IGBT的開關(guān)來實(shí)現(xiàn)勵(lì)磁電流的調(diào)節(jié),實(shí)現(xiàn)同步電機(jī)在不同的負(fù)載下自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)功率因數(shù),完成整體的軟硬件設(shè)計(jì),采用目前較新穎的模糊控制PID控制算法,將模糊控制算法與傳統(tǒng)PID相結(jié)合并引入到勵(lì)磁系統(tǒng)之中,并用MATLAB進(jìn)行仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),得到仿真結(jié)果。通過仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,該系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)速度快、性能良好、控制度高,與傳統(tǒng)勵(lì)磁控制器相比,具有更好的跟蹤性,實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)節(jié)更加迅速,節(jié)能效果良好,達(dá)到了預(yù)期效果。
[Abstract]:Most of the pumping units in oil fields are operated under the condition of empty pumping, light load and not full load, the motor running efficiency and power factor are low, and the energy waste is serious. Because of the special situation of oil field and the periodic change of load, it is very difficult for the motor to operate under the higher power factor, and the synchronous motor can change the power factor by adjusting the excitation current. So that the mechanical characteristics of the motor output and load characteristics match, so that the motor work efficiency is greatly improved, reduce unnecessary consumption, achieve energy conservation, which is in the context of energy conservation and emission reduction in the country. It is necessary to design a stable excitation and energy saving device. The main task of this paper is to design a set of digital excitation regulator, so that the pumping unit can operate with a higher power factor no matter when it is full load or light load, so that its power factor is close to 1, and the operation effect of the motor is the best. The energy saving effect is good. The signal collection and control algorithm are realized by PIC16F series single chip microcomputer, and the excitation current is adjusted by controlling the switch of IGBT through the modulation pulse of pin output. The synchronous motor can automatically adjust the power factor under different loads, complete the whole design of software and hardware, adopt the new fuzzy control PID control algorithm, combine the fuzzy control algorithm with the traditional PID, and introduce it into the excitation system. The simulation results are obtained by using MATLAB. The simulation results show that the system has the advantages of fast response, good performance and high degree of control. Compared with the traditional excitation controller, the system has better tracking performance, faster real-time regulation and better energy-saving effect.
