一類智能電網(wǎng)可調(diào)負(fù)荷調(diào)度及優(yōu)化控制方法研究

【摘要】:隨著智能電網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展,各種類型的可調(diào)負(fù)載逐漸普及。相比于傳統(tǒng)意義的電網(wǎng),智能電網(wǎng)可以進(jìn)行負(fù)荷調(diào)度,維持電力系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。因此,如何有效地進(jìn)行負(fù)荷調(diào)度控制、優(yōu)化負(fù)荷曲線、優(yōu)化電網(wǎng)內(nèi)功率潮流等問題日益受到關(guān)注。本文基于智能電網(wǎng)的背景,開展關(guān)于可調(diào)負(fù)載的優(yōu)化調(diào)度方法及仿真研究,具體研究內(nèi)容包括:(1)針對靜態(tài)控制系統(tǒng),提出一種含供電約束的負(fù)荷優(yōu)化控制方法。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)特征對各類負(fù)荷進(jìn)行建模,并考慮供電約束,通過建立有效的目標(biāo)函數(shù),將可調(diào)負(fù)荷調(diào)度問題轉(zhuǎn)化為可解決的優(yōu)化控制問題。利用分布式控制策略,實(shí)現(xiàn)負(fù)荷曲線的優(yōu)化。(2)針對實(shí)時(shí)分布式系統(tǒng),提出一種含供電約束的可調(diào)負(fù)荷調(diào)度策略。該策略可對發(fā)電過程中的波動進(jìn)行補(bǔ)償,實(shí)現(xiàn)負(fù)荷曲線對供電曲線中的實(shí)時(shí)追蹤。通過對相關(guān)變量進(jìn)行預(yù)測,實(shí)現(xiàn)可調(diào)負(fù)載隨機(jī)接入電網(wǎng),并引入虛擬負(fù)荷等概念,進(jìn)而提出實(shí)時(shí)控制方法。(3)通過引入分支流模型,對配電網(wǎng)中的潮流優(yōu)化控制方法進(jìn)行分析與研究。采取逐步松弛的策略,將原非凸的NP難題轉(zhuǎn)化為簡單問題,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了分支流模型的求解。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of smart grid, various types of adjustable loads are becoming more and more popular. Compared with the traditional power grid, smart grid can carry out load dispatching and maintain the stable operation state of power system. Therefore, how to control the load effectively, optimize the load curve and optimize the power flow in the power network has been paid more and more attention. In this paper, based on the background of smart grid, the optimal dispatching method and simulation research on adjustable load are carried out. The specific research contents include: 1) for static control system, a load optimal control method with power supply constraints is proposed. According to the characteristics of the system, the load scheduling problem is transformed into a resolvable optimal control problem by establishing an effective objective function and considering the power supply constraints. Based on the distributed control strategy, the load curve is optimized. (2) for the real-time distributed system, an adjustable load scheduling strategy with power supply constraints is proposed. This strategy can compensate the fluctuation in the process of generation and realize the real-time tracking of load curve to the power supply curve. By predicting the related variables, the adjustable load can be randomly connected to the power network, and the concept of virtual load is introduced, and then a real-time control method. The power flow optimization control method in distribution network is analyzed and studied. By adopting the strategy of gradual relaxation, the original non-convex NP problem is transformed into a simple problem, and the solution of the branching model is realized.
