一種基于電流反饋的分段式PWM控制無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)矩波動(dòng)抑制方法

【摘要】:無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)具有廣泛的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合,但轉(zhuǎn)矩波動(dòng)限制了其在高精度場(chǎng)合的應(yīng)用。針對(duì)非理想反電動(dòng)勢(shì)引起的無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)矩波動(dòng)提出了一種基于電流反饋的分段式PWM控制方法。該方法通過(guò)線反電動(dòng)勢(shì)觀測(cè)器獲得產(chǎn)生目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)矩值的參考電流,以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)矩的直接控制。同時(shí),針對(duì)電機(jī)高速與低速運(yùn)行狀態(tài)分別采用不同的PWM控制策略來(lái)有效消除換相轉(zhuǎn)矩波動(dòng),系統(tǒng)具有低轉(zhuǎn)矩波動(dòng)和高轉(zhuǎn)矩輸出的特點(diǎn)。通過(guò)在Matlab/Simulink環(huán)境下建立系統(tǒng)仿真模型,對(duì)該控制方法的轉(zhuǎn)矩直接控制能力進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),并對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)矩波動(dòng)進(jìn)行了對(duì)比;搭建實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)對(duì)具有非理想反電動(dòng)勢(shì)的無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)進(jìn)行了驅(qū)動(dòng)實(shí)驗(yàn)。仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該文所提出的控制方法能有效減小轉(zhuǎn)矩波動(dòng),提高無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩的穩(wěn)定性和位置控制精確度。
[Abstract]:Brushless DC motor servo system has a wide range of applications, but torque ripple limits its application in high precision situations. A segmented PWM control method based on current feedback is proposed for torque ripple of brushless DC motor caused by non-ideal backEMF. In this method, the reference current which generates the target torque value is obtained by the line backEMF observer to realize the direct control of the motor torque. At the same time, different PWM control strategies are adopted to eliminate commutation torque ripple effectively according to the high speed and low speed running state of the motor. The system has the characteristics of low torque ripple and high torque output. By establishing the system simulation model under the Matlab/Simulink environment, the torque direct control ability of the control method is tested, and the torque ripple is compared. An experimental platform was built to drive the brushless DC motor with non-ideal back EMF. Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed control method can effectively reduce torque ripple and improve the output torque stability and position control accuracy of brushless DC motor servo system.
