新型SVG靜止無功發(fā)生器在保定地區(qū)電網(wǎng)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,科學(xué)理論不斷發(fā)展,技術(shù)水平不斷提高,用電設(shè)備要求更高的電能質(zhì)量。因此,以保障電能質(zhì)量為前提,以確保電力系統(tǒng)供應(yīng)穩(wěn)定、運行安全、節(jié)能經(jīng)濟(jì)為核心,最大幅度地提升各種用電設(shè)備的用電效率,已成為電力技術(shù)發(fā)展的重要方向。通過安裝各種無功功率補(bǔ)償裝置及設(shè)備,用以減少供電設(shè)備需要輸出的無功功率,增強(qiáng)負(fù)荷能力,減少單位成本;通過提升負(fù)荷和供電用電系統(tǒng)整體的功率因數(shù),用以降低有功功率損耗。除此以外,保持電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的電壓穩(wěn)定,控制電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)頻波動等方面都成為發(fā)電、輸電、配電維持正常運行的不可或缺的重要因素。本文針對保定地區(qū)電網(wǎng)的無功功率補(bǔ)償問題,在靜止無功發(fā)生器的補(bǔ)償方法、控制方式、補(bǔ)償策略等方面對SVG靜止無功發(fā)生器的技術(shù)及應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析。研究一種新型的無功補(bǔ)償設(shè)備SVG型靜止無功發(fā)生器,研究有效的控制平臺和高效率的電力電子變流裝置的控制算法,設(shè)計數(shù)字化控制保護(hù)系統(tǒng),探討高電壓功率模塊設(shè)計工藝,以實現(xiàn)實時跟蹤電網(wǎng)參數(shù)的變化,并根據(jù)此變化來控制輸出無功的大小和性質(zhì),達(dá)到在最短的時間內(nèi)降低線路損耗,提高功率因數(shù),穩(wěn)定電壓水平,消除電網(wǎng)電壓的波動和閃變的目的。運行結(jié)果表明,通過使用自適應(yīng)階梯調(diào)制策略,利用雙傅立葉變換實時分析連接阻抗電壓矢量中23次以下諧波成分,按指定諧波消除方法調(diào)整鏈?zhǔn)浇Y(jié)構(gòu)各單元單相H橋各IGBT門極脈沖序列;內(nèi)置SVG群控與交互適應(yīng)接口計算模型,適應(yīng)含SSSC、SVC等FACTS元件的電網(wǎng)動態(tài)調(diào)整;逐周波分析與系統(tǒng)連接阻抗三相電壓矢量,自動附加變壓器直流偏磁控制量,使無功潮流有效平衡,線路損耗大幅降低,功率因數(shù)充分提高,電網(wǎng)穩(wěn)定性不斷增強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:At present, with the development of scientific theory and the improvement of technical level, electric equipment requires higher power quality.Therefore, to ensure the power quality as the premise, to ensure the power system supply stability, operation safety, energy-saving economy as the core, to maximize the efficiency of various electrical equipment, has become an important direction of power technology development.By installing various reactive power compensation devices and equipment to reduce the reactive power output required by the power supply equipment, to enhance the load capacity and reduce the unit cost, and by increasing the load and the overall power factor of the power supply system,Used to reduce the loss of active power.In addition, maintaining the voltage stability of the power system and controlling the frequency fluctuation of the power system have become the indispensable and important factors for the generation, transmission and distribution to maintain the normal operation.Aiming at the problem of reactive power compensation in Baoding power network, this paper analyzes the technology and application status of SVG static Var Generator in the aspects of compensation method, control mode and compensation strategy.This paper studies a new type of reactive power compensator SVG static Var Generator, studies the effective control platform and the control algorithm of the high efficiency power electronic converter, designs the digital control and protection system, and discusses the design process of the high voltage power module.In order to track the change of power network parameters in real time, and control the size and property of output reactive power according to this change, it can reduce the line loss, improve the power factor and stabilize the voltage level in the shortest time.The purpose of eliminating voltage fluctuation and flicker.The results show that by using the adaptive step modulation strategy, the harmonic components below the 23rd order in the connected impedance voltage vector are analyzed in real time by using the double Fourier transform (DFT).The single-phase H-bridge IGBT gate pulse sequence is adjusted according to the specified harmonic elimination method, and the SVG group control and interactive adaptive interface calculation model is built in to adapt to the dynamic adjustment of the power network with FACTS elements such as SSSC-SVC.Zhou Bo analyzes and connects impedance three-phase voltage vector with the system, and automatically adds DC bias control quantity of transformer, which makes reactive power flow balance effectively, line loss is greatly reduced, power factor is fully improved, and power network stability is continuously enhanced.
