配電網(wǎng)的安全距離:定義與方法

【摘要】:提出配電網(wǎng)安全距離的嚴(yán)格定義,并基于安全距離發(fā)展出新的安全評價方法。安全距離是當(dāng)前狀態(tài)(工作點)到安全邊界的距離,是安全評價的關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù)。首先,該文規(guī)范了配電網(wǎng)安全距離的定義,將其分為幾何安全距離(geometric security distance,GSD)和饋線安全距離(feeder security distance,FSD),并給出兩者的計算公式。其次,分析了兩種安全距離的物理意義:GSD能得到多個饋線負(fù)荷同時變化時的保守負(fù)荷裕度;FSD能夠得到單個饋線負(fù)荷變化的精確負(fù)荷裕度。再次,該文全面分析了安全距離在安全評價中的用途,并提出了基于工作點位移的安全評價新方法。該方法利用新工作點的位移信息和原工作點的安全距離,能更方便快捷地得到新工作點的安全評價結(jié)果,適合實際運行中實時跟蹤評價工作點的變化。最后,通過算例比較了GSD和FSD的計算結(jié)果以及兩者在安全評價上的精度和速度。該文研究有助于對配電網(wǎng)安全距離的規(guī)范與深入認(rèn)識,所發(fā)展的新方法使得安全距離可以更有效地用于在線安全評價。
[Abstract]:The strict definition of safety distance of distribution network, and develop a safe distance safety evaluation based on the new method. The safe distance is the current state (point) to the boundary distance, is the key to data security evaluation. Firstly, this paper defines the standard distribution network security distance, which can be divided into geometric distance (safety geometric security distance, GSD) and security (feeder security distance, FSD distance), and gives a calculation formula of the two. Secondly, analyzed two kinds of safety distance of the physical meaning of GSD can get a plurality of feeder load change at the same time when the conservative load margin; FSD can get a single feeder load change accurate load margin. Again, this paper comprehensively analyzes the use of safety distance in safety evaluation, and put forward a new method of safety evaluation based on point displacement. The method using the new operating point displacement information and the original work The distance from the point of safety, safety evaluation results can get the new operating point is more convenient, suitable for real-time tracking and evaluation in actual operation point. Finally, the calculation results of GSD and FSD and their accuracy and speed in safety evaluation were compared through examples. The research helps to distance distribution network security specification and in-depth understanding, the new method makes the development of safe distance can be more effectively used for online safety evaluation.
