大容量永磁偏置型故障限流器的經(jīng)濟性分析與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:構(gòu)建了永磁偏置型故障限流器PMFCL的經(jīng)濟性分析模型,包括材料成本和運行成本兩部分。材料成本取決于PMFCL的關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),基于等效磁路法導出了PMFCL 4個關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)與電感和、電感比以及飽和深度比這3個獨立電磁變量間的函數(shù)關(guān)系;運行成本由鐵芯損耗和繞組銅耗組成,并給出了各自的計算方法。針對500 k V PMFCL經(jīng)濟性分析實例,分析了電磁變量對PMFCL經(jīng)濟性的影響,并建立其經(jīng)濟性優(yōu)化模型,求得了PMFCL的最優(yōu)成本和對應的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)。結(jié)果表明,在高壓大容量應用場合,PMFCL具有較好的經(jīng)濟性優(yōu)勢。Ansoft Maxwell二維有限元仿真驗證了經(jīng)濟性優(yōu)化模型的合理性。
[Abstract]:The economic analysis model of permanent magnet bias fault current limiter (PMFCL) is constructed, which includes material cost and operation cost.The material cost depends on the key structural parameters of PMFCL. Based on the equivalent magnetic circuit method, the functional relationships between the four key structural parameters of PMFCL and the inductance sum, the inductance ratio and the saturation depth ratio are derived.The operation cost is composed of core loss and winding copper loss, and their calculation methods are given.Based on the example of 500kV PMFCL economic analysis, the influence of electromagnetic variables on PMFCL economy is analyzed, and its economic optimization model is established. The optimal cost and corresponding structural parameters of PMFCL are obtained.The results show that PMFCL has a good economic advantage in high voltage and large capacity applications. Ansoft Maxwell two-dimensional finite element simulation verifies the rationality of the economic optimization model.
