穩(wěn)壓器快速卸壓閥(閘閥)的研究

【摘要】:快速卸壓閘閥作為ACP1000的關(guān)鍵閥門(mén),在機(jī)組正常運(yùn)行及設(shè)計(jì)基準(zhǔn)事故期間,處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。在嚴(yán)重事故工況下,快速卸壓閥執(zhí)行排放卸壓功能,在主控室或遠(yuǎn)程停堆站由操作員根據(jù)有關(guān)嚴(yán)重事故處理規(guī)程開(kāi)啟閥門(mén),完成反應(yīng)堆冷卻劑系統(tǒng)的快速卸壓。目前,該閥門(mén)設(shè)備國(guó)內(nèi)研制還屬于空白階段,國(guó)外也只有WELAN在EPR項(xiàng)目上設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)。由于EPR項(xiàng)目首堆尚未調(diào)試運(yùn)行,因此該閥門(mén)實(shí)際上尚未使用,因此,研制開(kāi)發(fā)穩(wěn)壓器快速卸壓閥迫在眉睫?焖傩秹洪l閥的設(shè)計(jì)難點(diǎn)在于當(dāng)設(shè)備處于嚴(yán)重事故工況下,閥門(mén)需要在當(dāng)閥門(mén)入口溫度達(dá)到600℃時(shí)能夠順利開(kāi)啟閥門(mén);當(dāng)介質(zhì)溫度到達(dá)1100℃時(shí),閥門(mén)仍能處于開(kāi)啟狀態(tài)。本課題根據(jù)理論計(jì)算,確定了卸壓閥的零件間隙尺寸,結(jié)合三維模型,運(yùn)用ANSYS軟件對(duì)閥門(mén)進(jìn)行瞬態(tài)熱分析,仿真模擬閥門(mén)在600℃下,0~600s時(shí),閥門(mén)的熱傳導(dǎo)過(guò)程。分析結(jié)果表明閥門(mén)零件間隙取值合理,不會(huì)發(fā)生卡死現(xiàn)象、能夠正常開(kāi)啟。并且模擬了在1100℃下,閥體、閥桿材料的性能,證明了它們不會(huì)發(fā)生塌陷影響流道,閥桿不會(huì)被閘板拉斷,因此閥門(mén)能夠保持開(kāi)啟狀態(tài)。本課題主要針對(duì)快速卸壓閘閥進(jìn)行仿真模擬熱傳導(dǎo)研究,利用簡(jiǎn)化模型為基礎(chǔ),研究了高溫工況的瞬態(tài)熱分析,取得了一定的成果,并為該類(lèi)閥門(mén)國(guó)產(chǎn)化的進(jìn)程提供了一定的參考依據(jù)。下一步我們將著重對(duì)熱邊界條件進(jìn)行研究,提高仿真模擬和實(shí)際工況的吻合度。
[Abstract]:As the key valve of ACP1000, the fast relief gate valve is closed during the normal operation of the unit and the design reference accident.Under the serious accident condition, the quick pressure relief valve performs discharge and relief function, and the operator opens the valve in the main control room or the remote shutdown station according to the relevant serious accident treatment rules to complete the rapid pressure release of the reactor coolant system.At present, the domestic development of the valve equipment is still blank, and only WELAN has been designed and produced on the EPR project.Since the first pile of EPR project has not been debugged and run, the valve has not actually been used, so it is urgent to develop the rapid relief valve of the regulator.The design difficulty of fast relief gate valve is that when the equipment is in serious accident condition, the valve needs to open the valve smoothly when the inlet temperature of valve reaches 600 鈩,
