【摘要】：無功配置優(yōu)化是保證配電網(wǎng)安全經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的有效手段,在考慮分布式電源(distributed generation,DG)接入的配電網(wǎng)中尤為重要。由于不同種類分布式電源的輸出特性不同,需要對用于傳統(tǒng)配電網(wǎng)計(jì)算分析的相關(guān)算法進(jìn)行改進(jìn)和完善。因此,建立含分布式電源的無功配置優(yōu)化模型和尋找與其相適應(yīng)的優(yōu)化算法具有重要意義。在分析了分布式電源接入位置與接入容量對配電網(wǎng)潮流分布和網(wǎng)絡(luò)損耗的影響的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)不同DG的并網(wǎng)及控制特性,將DG等效為PQ、PV、PI、PQ(V)節(jié)點(diǎn),并采用改進(jìn)的前推回推方法對含DG的配電網(wǎng)進(jìn)行潮流計(jì)算。在考慮負(fù)荷波動和DG出力的情況下,建立了以三種運(yùn)行場景下綜合電能損耗費(fèi)用與設(shè)備投資費(fèi)用之和最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù),以功率平衡、節(jié)點(diǎn)電壓不越限、無功不倒送為約束條件的優(yōu)化數(shù)學(xué)模型。為提高搜索效率、減小計(jì)算量、避免“維數(shù)災(zāi)”,采用以網(wǎng)損靈敏度確定補(bǔ)償點(diǎn)順序,以粒子群優(yōu)化算法確定補(bǔ)償容量相結(jié)合的無功優(yōu)化算法。并給出了該算法的實(shí)現(xiàn)流程。編寫含分布式電源配電網(wǎng)無功優(yōu)化程序,通過IEEE33節(jié)點(diǎn)算例和某實(shí)際配電網(wǎng)算例對所研究的無功配置優(yōu)化模型和求解算法進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,結(jié)果表明,該算法能有效求解含分布式電源的配電網(wǎng)無功配置優(yōu)化問題,得到的優(yōu)化方案合理、可行。
[Abstract]:Reactive power allocation optimization is an effective means to ensure the safe and economical operation of distribution network, especially in the distribution network where distributed generation and DGG are considered.Due to the different output characteristics of different types of distributed generation, it is necessary to improve and improve the relevant algorithms used in traditional distribution network calculation and analysis.Therefore, it is of great significance to establish an optimal reactive power allocation model with distributed power supply and to find an appropriate optimization algorithm.Based on the analysis of the influence of the access location and capacity of distributed generation on the power flow distribution and network loss of distribution network, according to the characteristics of grid connection and control of different DG, the DG is equivalent to the PQN PVPI PQV) node.The power flow calculation of the distribution network with DG is carried out by using the improved forward push-back method.Under the consideration of load fluctuation and DG output, the objective function is the minimum sum of the integrated power loss cost and the equipment investment cost in three operation scenarios, with the power balance and the node voltage not exceeding the limit.The optimal mathematical model of reactive power is a constraint condition.In order to improve the search efficiency, reduce the amount of calculation and avoid the "disaster of dimension", the reactive power optimization algorithm combined with particle swarm optimization is used to determine the compensation point order by the sensitivity of network loss and the compensation capacity by particle swarm optimization.The realization flow of the algorithm is also given.The reactive power optimization program with distributed generation is written, and the optimization model and algorithm of reactive power allocation are verified by IEEE33 node and an actual distribution network example. The results show that,The algorithm can effectively solve the reactive power allocation optimization problem of distribution network with distributed generation, and the optimized scheme is reasonable and feasible.
