太陽能LED照明系統(tǒng)的可靠性預(yù)測研究

【摘要】:可持續(xù)發(fā)展是本世紀(jì)人類面臨的重大課題,而能源問題是實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展迫切需要解決的問題。開發(fā)新能源、提高能源利用效率是解決能源短缺的最有效方法。太陽能作為一種清潔無污染的綠色能源,已經(jīng)得到越來越普遍的應(yīng)用。近年來,太陽能LED照明產(chǎn)品因?yàn)槠涔?jié)能環(huán)保、光源壽命長而得到廣泛使用。隨著太陽能LED照明系統(tǒng)技術(shù)的不斷完善和應(yīng)用的日益普及,質(zhì)保期、壽命等涉及產(chǎn)品可靠性的屬性也逐漸受到關(guān)注,并日益成為衡量系統(tǒng)質(zhì)量優(yōu)劣的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)。因此,系統(tǒng)開展太陽能LED照明系統(tǒng)的可靠性研究工作,既可豐富其設(shè)計(jì)理論,也有助于從源頭提升其可靠性水平。針對太陽能LED照明系統(tǒng)中存在的可靠性問題,論文在分析太陽能LED照明系統(tǒng)工作原理的基礎(chǔ)上,假設(shè)太陽能照明系統(tǒng)部件的工作時(shí)間和控制開關(guān)的工作壽命均服從指數(shù)分布、各隨機(jī)變量均相互獨(dú)立且各子系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部元器件為可靠性串聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)的條件下,根據(jù)市電互補(bǔ)太陽能LED照明系統(tǒng)的工作原理及其可靠性功能結(jié)構(gòu),應(yīng)用三支路自動(dòng)調(diào)配系統(tǒng)以及馬爾科夫過程的相關(guān)知識,系統(tǒng)研究LED照明系統(tǒng)的可靠性:一是在分析控制子系統(tǒng)對整個(gè)系統(tǒng)兩種不同的影響情況下,建立了太陽能照明系統(tǒng)的冷溫貯備可靠性模型,并分別得出了系統(tǒng)在冷溫貯備下的可靠性指標(biāo),如首次平均故障時(shí)間等;其次是引入維修等外部條件,建立系統(tǒng)的維修性模型,并得出其可靠性指標(biāo);三是在冷溫貯備模型的基礎(chǔ)之上分析了系統(tǒng)各支路故障的概率分布;最后將模型應(yīng)用于某品牌太陽能LED照明產(chǎn)品,根據(jù)中國大陸地區(qū)日照時(shí)長以及工作設(shè)置時(shí)長為因素的區(qū)域聚類分析結(jié)果,估計(jì)其模型時(shí)間運(yùn)行比參數(shù),并通過對太陽能LED照明子系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部關(guān)鍵元器件可靠性數(shù)據(jù)的收集,預(yù)計(jì)子系統(tǒng)一級的可靠性數(shù)據(jù),最終根據(jù)模型得出其在不同地區(qū)的可靠性指標(biāo),驗(yàn)證了模型的正確性與適用性。太陽能LED照明系統(tǒng)可靠性與維修性模型建立了普遍適用于太陽能LED照明產(chǎn)品的子系統(tǒng)、單元、零部件與系統(tǒng)可靠性之間的函數(shù)關(guān)系,同時(shí)對太陽能LED照明系統(tǒng)故障的概率分布作出了初步探討,使得在產(chǎn)品的研制過程中開展可靠度的預(yù)計(jì)與分配成為可能,也適用于預(yù)測產(chǎn)品安裝使用后可靠度的變化趨勢并為制定科學(xué)的售后維修策略提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。論文研究工作對太陽能空調(diào)等具有類似工作原理的產(chǎn)品的系統(tǒng)可靠性研究也具有很好的借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Sustainable development is an important task facing mankind in this century, and energy problem is an urgent problem to be solved in order to realize sustainable development.Developing new energy and improving energy efficiency are the most effective methods to solve energy shortage.As a clean and non-polluting green energy, solar energy has been used more and more widely.In recent years, solar LED lighting products have been widely used because of their energy saving and environmental protection, long light source life.With the continuous improvement and popularization of solar LED lighting system technology, the properties of product reliability, such as quality assurance period and life span, have been gradually concerned and become the key index to measure the quality of the system.Therefore, the research on the reliability of solar LED lighting system can not only enrich its design theory, but also help to improve its reliability level from the source.In order to solve the reliability problems in solar LED lighting system, based on the analysis of the working principle of solar energy LED lighting system, it is assumed that the working time of solar energy lighting system components and the working life of control switch are exponentially distributed.Under the condition that each random variable is independent of each other and the internal components of each subsystem are reliability series structure, according to the working principle and reliability functional structure of the complementary solar LED lighting system,The reliability of LED lighting system is studied systematically by applying the knowledge of automatic dispatching system of three branches and Markov process. Firstly, the influence of control subsystem on the whole system is analyzed.The reliability model of cold temperature storage of solar lighting system is established, and the reliability indexes of the system under cold temperature storage, such as the average failure time for the first time, are obtained, and the maintainability model of the system is established by introducing external conditions such as maintenance, etc.The reliability index is obtained. Thirdly, the probability distribution of each branch fault of the system is analyzed on the basis of the cold temperature storage model. Finally, the model is applied to a brand of solar LED lighting products.Based on the regional cluster analysis results of sunshine duration and working setup length in mainland China, the model time operation ratio parameters are estimated, and the reliability data of key components in solar LED lighting subsystem are collected.The reliability data at subsystem level are predicted and its reliability index in different regions is obtained according to the model, which verifies the correctness and applicability of the model.The reliability and maintainability model of solar LED lighting system has established the functional relationship between the subsystem, unit, parts and system reliability of solar energy LED lighting products.At the same time, the probabilistic distribution of the failure of solar LED lighting system is discussed, which makes it possible to predict and distribute the reliability in the process of product development.It is also applicable to predict the changing trend of reliability after installation and use and provide a theoretical basis for the formulation of scientific after-sales maintenance strategy.The research work of this paper also has a good reference value for the research of the system reliability of solar air conditioning and other products with similar working principle.
