多層環(huán)繞油紙絕緣中水分遷移特性及溫度影響研究

【摘要】:外界水分入侵導(dǎo)致的絕緣受潮是變壓器油紙絕緣套管事故頻發(fā)的主要原因之一。目前現(xiàn)場對(duì)于套管受潮缺陷的監(jiān)測存在困難,套管的受潮特性并不清晰。為了能夠準(zhǔn)確評(píng)估套管受潮狀態(tài),建立受潮缺陷與電氣測量參數(shù)之間的聯(lián)系,需要研究套管的受潮過程。構(gòu)成變壓器套管主絕緣的電容芯子屬于多層環(huán)繞油紙絕緣結(jié)構(gòu),侵入套管的水分會(huì)逐漸在油紙絕緣內(nèi)部進(jìn)行擴(kuò)散和遷移,同時(shí)遷移的方向和速率受與溫度關(guān)系密切。有必要研究水分在多層環(huán)繞油紙絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)中的水分遷移特性及溫度影響,這對(duì)于評(píng)估油紙絕緣套管的受潮狀態(tài),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)其受潮缺陷的監(jiān)測具有重要的理論意義和工程價(jià)值。本文設(shè)計(jì)了與實(shí)際套管電容芯子相似的多層環(huán)繞油紙絕緣模型,建立了受潮特性研究平臺(tái)以模擬受潮缺陷并實(shí)現(xiàn)溫度控制,測量并分析了模型在受潮后經(jīng)歷不同靜置時(shí)間的絕緣油和絕緣紙的含水量情況,提出了用于描述模型平均受潮程度的表征量——平均含水量和用于描述芯子模型受潮含水量分布情況的表征量——分散度。研究結(jié)果表明,室溫20℃下多層環(huán)繞油紙絕緣中水分遷移具有如下特性:模型油中微水濃度在靜置前期會(huì)迅速上升,在靜置中后期油中微水濃度會(huì)因水分遷移入紙而逐漸下降;模型絕緣紙含水量分布具有區(qū)域特性。模型上端區(qū)域含水量分布分散性大,其余四個(gè)區(qū)域各自含水量分布均勻,區(qū)域間含水量水平差距明顯;模型絕緣紙吸濕速率具有區(qū)域特性,各區(qū)域間含水量增長速率差異明顯。溫度對(duì)多層環(huán)繞油紙絕緣中水分遷移特性的影響包括:溫度升高會(huì)改變模型油中微水濃度變化趨勢,使其先上升,然后在平衡值附近波動(dòng);溫度變化對(duì)模型含水量分布的區(qū)域特性基本沒有影響,且各區(qū)域含水量大小排序不變;溫度會(huì)改變模型整體吸濕速率數(shù)值和局部吸濕速率數(shù)值。
[Abstract]:Damp insulation caused by water invasion is one of the main reasons for frequent accidents of transformer oil-paper insulating sleeving.At present, it is difficult to monitor the dampness of casing in the field, and the moisture characteristic of casing is not clear.In order to accurately evaluate the damp state of casing and to establish the relationship between moisture imperfection and electrical measurement parameters, it is necessary to study the damp process of casing.The capacitive core which constitutes the main insulation of transformer casing belongs to the multi-layer surrounding oil-paper insulation structure. The moisture content invading the casing will gradually diffuse and migrate inside the oil-paper insulation and the direction and speed of migration are closely related to temperature.It is necessary to study the moisture migration characteristics and temperature effects in the multi-layer surrounding oil-paper insulation structure, which is of great theoretical significance and engineering value in evaluating the damp state of oil-paper insulating sleeving and realizing the monitoring of dampproof defects.In this paper, a multi-layer oil-paper insulation model, which is similar to the practical casing capacitor core, is designed, and a research platform is established to simulate the damped defects and achieve temperature control.The moisture content of insulating oil and insulating paper which experienced different static time after damp was measured and analyzed.The characterizing quantity-average moisture content used to describe the average moisture content of the model and the representation quantity-dispersion degree used to describe the distribution of moisture content in the core model were proposed.The results show that the moisture migration in multi-layer surrounding oil paper insulation at room temperature 20 鈩,
