三相四線制三電平三橋臂APF控制策略研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今社會的發(fā)展離不開電能。隨著近代社會突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展,大量的電力電子產(chǎn)品被人們使用。這給人們帶來了便利,同時也給電力系統(tǒng)注入了大量的諧波、無功及零序電流。這些諧波、無功及零序電流不僅影響輸電線路的使用壽命,同時影響周圍用電設(shè)備的使用壽命,造成不必要的損失。因此,提高電能質(zhì)量具有十分重要的意義。傳統(tǒng)的無源濾波器只能對某些特定次諧波進(jìn)行補償,并不能滿足需求,而有源電力濾波器(Active Power Filter,APF)具有良好的動態(tài)跟蹤補償性能,能夠治理負(fù)載電流畸變,補償基波正序無功分量以及補償基波負(fù)序零序分量。本文主要研究對象為三相四線制三電平三橋臂APF,簡單介紹了無功功率理論及諧波電流的幾種檢測方法。選用二極管鉗位型三電平APF拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),介紹了 APF的工作原理,對二極管鉗位型三電平APF逆變電路幾種工作狀態(tài)進(jìn)行分析并建立對應(yīng)abc三相坐標(biāo)系下時域模型;為了便于控制器的設(shè)計進(jìn)行d-q旋轉(zhuǎn)坐標(biāo)變換并采用前饋解耦控制,通過內(nèi)環(huán)電流控制及外環(huán)電壓控制實現(xiàn)對APF控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,并對電流控制系統(tǒng)及電壓控制系統(tǒng)PI調(diào)節(jié)器參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。單獨分析了直流側(cè)中性點電壓不平衡原因,給出了完整的系統(tǒng)控制框圖,為了抑制中性點電壓偏移,采用SVPWM算法控制。分析了系統(tǒng)在含有零序電流及不含有零序電流兩種情況下27個空間矢量對中性點電壓的影響以及采取的相應(yīng)控制措施,并對SVPWM算法進(jìn)行簡化處理。最后,對APF直流側(cè)電容及交流側(cè)LCL濾波器參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計,并通過MATLAB搭建仿真模型,通過仿真波形的準(zhǔn)確結(jié)果驗證設(shè)計電路的可行性;搭建實驗平臺,測量相關(guān)參數(shù)及波形,驗證文中給出的相關(guān)控制策略的有效性。
[Abstract]:The development of today's society can not do without electric energy.With the rapid development of modern society, a large number of power electronics products are used by people.This not only brings convenience to people, but also injects a lot of harmonics, reactive power and zero sequence current into power system.These harmonics, reactive power and zero-sequence currents not only affect the service life of transmission lines, but also affect the service life of the surrounding electrical equipment, resulting in unnecessary losses.Therefore, it is of great significance to improve the power quality.The traditional passive filter can only compensate some special subharmonics, but it can not meet the demand. The active Power filter (APF) has good dynamic tracking compensation performance and can eliminate the load current distortion.Compensates the fundamental wave positive sequence reactive power component and compensates the fundamental wave negative sequence zero sequence component.This paper mainly focuses on three-phase four-wire three-level three-level three-level three-bridge arm APF.The reactive power theory and several detection methods of harmonic current are briefly introduced.The three-level APF topology of diode clamping type is selected and the working principle of APF is introduced. Several working states of diode clamped three-level APF inverter circuit are analyzed and the time-domain model corresponding to abc three-phase coordinate system is established.In order to design the controller with d-q rotation coordinate transformation and feedforward decoupling control, the APF control system is designed by internal loop current control and outer loop voltage control.The Pi regulator parameters of current control system and voltage control system are optimized.The reason of voltage imbalance in DC neutral point is analyzed separately, and a complete system control block diagram is given. In order to suppress the voltage offset of neutral point, SVPWM algorithm is used to control it.The influence of 27 space vectors on the neutral voltage and the corresponding control measures are analyzed in the case of zero sequence current and zero sequence current, and the SVPWM algorithm is simplified.Finally, the APF DC side capacitance and AC side LCL filter parameters are optimized, and the simulation model is built by MATLAB. The feasibility of the design circuit is verified by the accurate results of the simulation waveform, and the experimental platform is built to measure the relevant parameters and waveforms.The effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified.
