【摘要】：為了對城市配電網(wǎng)的風險水平進行準確評估,建立了配電網(wǎng)風險評估模型,并提出一種風險評估方法。從運行風險和網(wǎng)架風險兩個方面建立配電網(wǎng)的風險評估模型,運行風險反映了配電網(wǎng)當前運行狀態(tài)下的風險,網(wǎng)架風險反映了網(wǎng)架結構方面存在的潛在風險。通過建立相應的配電網(wǎng)風險指標體系,并結合風險量化值的計算及風險等級的劃分確定配電網(wǎng)綜合風險水平,在計算風險量化值的過程中采用變權重和對數(shù)合成相結合的方式。算例表明所提出的城市配電網(wǎng)風險評估模型和評估方法能夠有效地評估配電網(wǎng)的風險。目前,該風險評估模型及方法已在某供電局得到了初步應用。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately evaluate the risk level of urban distribution network, a distribution network risk assessment model is established and a risk assessment method is proposed.The risk assessment model of distribution network is established from the aspects of operation risk and grid structure risk. The operational risk reflects the risk under the current operation state of the distribution network, and the risk of the grid structure reflects the potential risk in the grid structure.By establishing the corresponding risk index system of distribution network and combining the calculation of risk quantification value and the division of risk grade, the comprehensive risk level of distribution network is determined. In the process of calculating risk quantification value, the combination of variable weight and logarithmic combination is adopted.An example shows that the proposed risk assessment model and method can effectively evaluate the risk of distribution network.At present, the risk assessment model and method have been applied in a power supply bureau.
