電力系統(tǒng)主動(dòng)解列斷面搜索方法與孤島調(diào)整策略

【摘要】:主動(dòng)解列是一種基于電力系統(tǒng)實(shí)時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)信息的緊急控制手段。及時(shí)而恰當(dāng)?shù)闹鲃?dòng)解列可以阻隔故障傳播,避免保護(hù)連鎖動(dòng)作可能導(dǎo)致的系統(tǒng)崩潰,有利于大擾動(dòng)后電力系統(tǒng)的快速恢復(fù)。在此背景下,提出一種包括快速搜索解列斷面和優(yōu)化調(diào)整孤島的系統(tǒng)主動(dòng)解列方案。首先,對(duì)在機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)領(lǐng)域發(fā)展起來的譜聚類算法進(jìn)行改進(jìn),提出含約束譜聚類算法,以計(jì)及發(fā)電機(jī)組的同調(diào)約束,從而將解列斷面搜索問題轉(zhuǎn)化為廣義特征值求解問題。為克服在含約束譜聚類算法中采用傳統(tǒng)k-medoids算法存在的對(duì)初始中心點(diǎn)敏感、搜索效率低的缺點(diǎn),提出改進(jìn)k-medoids算法并將其與約束譜聚類算法相結(jié)合,以求取最優(yōu)解列斷面。然后,對(duì)于解列后每個(gè)不滿足安全約束的孤島,優(yōu)化調(diào)整其發(fā)電機(jī)組出力,必要時(shí)也可削減一些負(fù)荷,以維持每個(gè)孤島的安全運(yùn)行。最后,以IEEE 118節(jié)點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)和實(shí)際電網(wǎng)為例,說明所提方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Active decoupling is an emergency control method based on real-time dynamic information of power system.Timely and appropriate active decoupling can block the fault propagation and avoid the system collapse caused by the protection chain action, which is conducive to the rapid recovery of the power system after large disturbance.Under this background, a system active de-listing scheme is proposed, which includes fast searching of unlisted sections and optimizing adjustment of isolated islands.Firstly, the spectral clustering algorithm developed in the field of machine learning is improved, and a spectral clustering algorithm with constraints is proposed to take into account the homology constraints of generator sets.In order to overcome the shortcoming of the traditional k-medoids algorithm which is sensitive to the initial center point and low searching efficiency in the constrained spectral clustering algorithm, an improved k-medoids algorithm is proposed and combined with the constrained spectral clustering algorithm in order to obtain the optimal solution section.Then, for each isolated island which does not meet the safety constraints after the despatch, the generating unit output can be optimized and some loads can be reduced if necessary, so as to maintain the safe operation of each isolated island.Finally, taking the IEEE 118-bus system and the actual power grid as examples, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are illustrated.
