大型汽輪機(jī)組高背壓供熱改造適用性分析

【摘要】:大型汽輪機(jī)組采用高背壓余熱供熱,可減少傳統(tǒng)抽汽供熱造成的可用能損失,而且回收了排汽余熱還可擴(kuò)大機(jī)組的供熱能力。以某330MW空冷機(jī)組為例,建立了高背壓余熱梯級(jí)供熱系統(tǒng)理論模型,分析一次網(wǎng)回水溫度變化對(duì)高背壓供熱機(jī)組性能的動(dòng)態(tài)影響規(guī)律,獲得了汽輪機(jī)組適于開展高背壓供熱改造的量化結(jié)果。結(jié)果表明一次網(wǎng)回水溫度較低,供熱面積較大地區(qū)適宜采用高背壓供熱方式;當(dāng)回水溫度高過59℃時(shí),則不適宜采用高背壓供熱方式。和傳統(tǒng)抽汽供熱方式相比,高背壓機(jī)組供熱能力可擴(kuò)大24.8%;當(dāng)供熱面積達(dá)到1000萬m2時(shí),發(fā)電標(biāo)準(zhǔn)煤耗率僅為138.7g/(kW·h),可有效緩解區(qū)域性用電用熱矛盾。研究結(jié)果可為工程上供熱模式的選取提供依據(jù),避免高背壓供熱改造的盲目性。
[Abstract]:The high back pressure waste heat used in large steam turbine unit can reduce the loss of available energy caused by traditional extraction heat supply, and the recovery of exhaust steam waste heat can also expand the heat supply capacity of the unit.Taking a 330MW air-cooled unit as an example, the theoretical model of high backpressure residual heat cascade heating system is established, and the dynamic influence of backwater temperature change on the performance of high backpressure heating unit is analyzed.The quantitative results of steam turbine unit suitable for high back pressure heat supply reconstruction are obtained.The results show that the temperature of backwater in primary net is lower and the heating area is larger than that of backpressure, but when the temperature of backwater is higher than 59 鈩,
