【摘要】：以三相不控整流負(fù)荷為研究對(duì)象,分析負(fù)荷功率變化導(dǎo)致整流電流斷續(xù)和連續(xù)的工作模式,利用交流側(cè)電壓電流實(shí)測(cè)特征數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合整流器導(dǎo)通過程的電路約束,提出三相不控整流負(fù)荷等效電路的參數(shù)估算方法;在此基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)整流器導(dǎo)通區(qū)間內(nèi)的電壓電流平衡方程,推導(dǎo)其諧波耦合導(dǎo)納矩陣,建立三相不控整流諧波功率模型,并根據(jù)諧波功率導(dǎo)納矩陣元素的分布特征,給出該諧波功率模型的簡(jiǎn)化形式。最后,通過仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)的方式驗(yàn)證電路參數(shù)估計(jì)方法和諧波模型的正確性。
[Abstract]:Taking the three-phase uncontrolled rectifier load as the research object, the paper analyzes the intermittent and continuous working mode of rectified current caused by the load power change, and combines the circuit constraints of the rectifier's conduction process with the measured characteristic data of AC side voltage and current.A parameter estimation method for equivalent circuit of three-phase uncontrolled rectifier load is presented, and based on the voltage and current balance equation in the rectifier's conduction range, the harmonic coupling admittance matrix is derived, and the harmonic power model of three-phase uncontrolled rectifier is established.According to the distribution characteristics of harmonic power admittance matrix element, the simplified form of harmonic power model is given.Finally, the correctness of the circuit parameter estimation method and harmonic model is verified by simulation and experiment.
