取排水口附近流場(chǎng)模擬及對(duì)通航的影響研究

【摘要】:電廠的取排水口的設(shè)置,應(yīng)要求取排水作業(yè)后的水流流速盡量低且均勻,對(duì)取排水口附近的船舶及配套設(shè)施造成盡可能小的影響。但由于地理空間條件的限制,有些電廠、污水處理廠的取排水口設(shè)置在了港池內(nèi)部、泊位附近或航道附近。電廠在進(jìn)行取排水作業(yè)時(shí),船舶在此區(qū)域內(nèi)進(jìn)行操縱如航道內(nèi)航行、港區(qū)內(nèi)靠離泊操縱等定會(huì)受到影響。為有效評(píng)估和規(guī)避取排水口附近流場(chǎng)對(duì)于船舶通航造成的影響,一定要明確取排水口附近流場(chǎng)的具體情況,進(jìn)而進(jìn)行論證分析。本文在了解有關(guān)電廠取排水口設(shè)置情況和周圍通航環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合實(shí)際的取排水口現(xiàn)狀,選取合適的水動(dòng)力模型,掌握新型水動(dòng)力模型MIKE模型的主要方程和求解方法。利用軟件構(gòu)建模擬仿真平臺(tái),對(duì)取、排水口的取、排水作業(yè)進(jìn)行仿真模擬,并將仿真結(jié)果與實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比以論證其準(zhǔn)確性。最后將通過模擬所得流場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行取排水附近流場(chǎng)對(duì)通航影響的模擬試驗(yàn),得出取排水口附近流場(chǎng)對(duì)周邊泊位通航的具體影響并提出相關(guān)建議。本研究通過大范圍模型內(nèi)實(shí)際測(cè)點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù)的對(duì)比分析,得出模型結(jié)果無(wú)論是流速還是流向,與實(shí)測(cè)值吻合較好,可以用來后續(xù)的模擬計(jì)算,進(jìn)一步模擬取排水口附近流場(chǎng)。選取某電站重大件碼頭進(jìn)出航道內(nèi)的特殊點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,得出取排水口附近流場(chǎng)的特點(diǎn):取排水作業(yè)實(shí)施前,潮流為典型的近岸往復(fù)流,水流較為平順,在取排水作業(yè)后,潮流變化復(fù)雜。結(jié)合模擬出的流場(chǎng)結(jié)果,并綜合各種典型船舶和外界環(huán)境條件,設(shè)計(jì)船舶靠離某電站海工工程碼頭進(jìn)行模擬試驗(yàn),從中得出取排水口附近的流場(chǎng)對(duì)通航的影響,并提出了船舶操縱、時(shí)機(jī)選擇、拖輪配備和靠泊方式等建議。本文以模擬取排水口附近流場(chǎng)及其對(duì)周邊泊位通航的影響為目標(biāo),在研究取排水作業(yè)相關(guān)參數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合軟件模擬、模擬器模擬評(píng)估等科研方法,可以較為準(zhǔn)確地模擬出取排水口附近流場(chǎng),進(jìn)而模擬論證得出取排水口附近流場(chǎng)對(duì)船舶通航的影響。本文的研究方法對(duì)電站等取排水工程建設(shè)的可行性具有參考價(jià)值,對(duì)取排水口附近的船舶通航安全具有實(shí)際指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The installation of the drain outlet in the power plant should require the flow velocity to be as low and uniform as possible after the drainage operation, which will have as small an impact on the ship and its supporting facilities as possible in the vicinity of the drain outlet.However, due to the limitation of geographical space, some power plants and sewage treatment plants are located in the port pool, near the berth or near the waterway.When the power plant carries on the drainage operation, the ship manoeuvres in this area, such as the navigation in the channel, and the docking operation in the port area is bound to be affected.In order to effectively evaluate and avoid the influence of the flow field near the drain outlet on the navigation of the ship, it is necessary to make clear the specific situation of the flow field near the drain outlet, and then to carry out the demonstration and analysis.In this paper, on the basis of knowing the setting of intake and drainage outlet and the navigation environment of power plant, combined with the actual situation of drainage outlet, the suitable hydrodynamic model is selected, and the main equation and solution method of the new hydrodynamic model MIKE model are grasped.The software is used to build a simulation platform to simulate the extraction and drainage operation of the drain port. The simulation results are compared with the measured data to prove the accuracy of the platform.Finally, the simulation test of the influence of the flow field near the drainage port on navigation is carried out through the simulated flow field data, and the concrete influence of the flow field near the drainage outlet on the navigation of the surrounding berth is obtained and the relevant suggestions are put forward.Through the comparison and analysis of the actual measured data in the large-scale model, it is concluded that the results of the model, whether the velocity or the direction of flow, are in good agreement with the measured values, and can be used for the subsequent simulation calculation and further simulation of the flow field near the drainage outlet.Selecting the special points in the entrance and exit channel of a major wharf of a power station, the characteristics of the flow field near the drainage outlet are obtained: before the drainage operation is carried out, the tidal current is a typical inshore reciprocating current, and the water flow is relatively smooth, after the drainage operation,The change of tide is complicated.Combined with the simulated flow field results, combined with various typical ships and external environmental conditions, the ship was designed to leave the marine engineering wharf of a power station to carry out simulation tests, and the influence of the flow field near the drainage outlet on navigation was obtained from the simulation test.Some suggestions such as ship handling, timing selection, tugboat arrangement and berthing mode are also put forward.This paper aims at simulating the flow field near the drainage outlet and its influence on the navigation of the surrounding berth. Based on the study of the parameters related to the drainage operation, combined with the software simulation, the simulator simulation evaluation and other scientific research methods,The flow field near the drain outlet can be accurately simulated, and the influence of the flow field near the drain port on the navigation of the ship can be obtained by simulation and demonstration.The research method of this paper is of reference value to the feasibility of drainage works such as power station and has practical guiding significance to the navigation safety of ships near the drainage outlet.
