高均勻度超薄直下式LED平板燈混光元件的設(shè)計(jì)與研究

【摘要】:為了設(shè)計(jì)更好的LED平板燈光學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu),解決現(xiàn)存的直下式LED平板燈厚度大,光源密度大的缺點(diǎn),提出了兩種兼具反射、投射作用的混光元件結(jié)構(gòu):椎臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)和半球型結(jié)構(gòu),并將其應(yīng)用于超薄直下式LED平板燈的設(shè)計(jì),以增加光線的耦合距離來(lái)提高出光均勻度.借助Tracepro軟件研究?jī)煞N不同結(jié)構(gòu)混光元件應(yīng)用于LED平板燈時(shí)的出光均勻度和光效率,運(yùn)用Taguchi方法設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行研究.結(jié)果表明,帶有棱錐型結(jié)構(gòu)元件的燈具均勻度達(dá)到95.42%,光效率達(dá)到92.72%,而帶半球型結(jié)構(gòu)元件燈具均勻度達(dá)到97.67%,光效率達(dá)到92.65%,其均勻度高于棱錐結(jié)構(gòu)的原因是棱錐形狀混光元件反射面的定向反射導(dǎo)致光線方向過(guò)于集中.
[Abstract]:In order to design a better LED panel lamplight structure and solve the disadvantages of large thickness and high light source density of the existing straight down LED flat lamp, two kinds of hybrid light element structures with both reflective and projective functions are proposed: the vertebrae structure and the hemispherical structure.It is applied to the design of ultra-thin straight down LED flat lamp to increase the coupling distance of light to improve the uniformity of light output.By means of Tracepro software, the light uniformity and efficiency of two kinds of light mixing elements with different structures applied to LED flat lamp are studied. The experiment is carried out by using Taguchi method.The results show thatThe uniformity of lamps with pyramid structure is 95.42, the light efficiency is 92.72, the uniformity of lamps with hemispherical structure is 97.67 and the light efficiency is 92.65.The directional reflection of the projectile causes the direction of light to be too concentrated.
