模塊化多電平換流器子模塊均壓電阻參數(shù)優(yōu)化策略

【摘要】:子模塊的均壓電阻在模塊化多電平換流器(MMC)啟動過程中起均壓作用,同時在停運過程中作為電容的放電電阻,但目前缺乏均壓電阻參數(shù)設計的理論依據(jù)和優(yōu)化策略。通過優(yōu)化子模塊仿真模型引入均壓電阻和取能電源相關參數(shù);分析了均壓電阻參數(shù)在MMC啟動過程中對子模塊電容均壓的影響,闡明了均壓電阻過大時電容均壓效果劣化的機理;同時修正了MMC停運后子模塊電容放電時間的計算方法;最后提出滿足電容均壓、放電時間和功率要求的均壓電阻參數(shù)優(yōu)化策略和具體設計步驟。依托廈門柔性直流輸電工程給出均壓電阻參數(shù)設計實例并進行相關試驗,試驗結果驗證了所提均壓電阻參數(shù)優(yōu)化策略的有效性。
[Abstract]:The voltage-sharing resistance of the sub-module plays a voltage-equalizing role in the starting process of the modularized multilevel converter MMC, and also acts as the discharge resistance of the capacitor during the shutdown process, but it lacks the theoretical basis and optimization strategy for the design of the voltage-sharing resistance parameters.Based on the simulation model of optimized sub-module, the parameters of voltage sharing resistance and power supply are introduced, the effect of voltage sharing resistance parameters on capacitor voltage equalization in MMC start-up is analyzed, and the deterioration mechanism of capacitance voltage equalization effect when voltage sharing resistance is too large is explained.At the same time, the calculation method of capacitance discharge time of submodule after MMC outage is revised, and the optimization strategy and design steps of voltage sharing resistance parameters are proposed to meet the requirements of capacitor voltage balance, discharge time and power.Based on Xiamen flexible direct current transmission project, an example of voltage sharing resistance parameter design is given and relevant experiments are carried out. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed optimization strategy.
