【摘要】：針對(duì)目前電網(wǎng)脆弱性評(píng)估方法對(duì)網(wǎng)間作用關(guān)系考慮不足的問(wèn)題,提出基于聯(lián)絡(luò)線簇能量傳輸模式的互聯(lián)區(qū)域電網(wǎng)脆弱性綜合評(píng)估。首先,闡述當(dāng)前區(qū)域互聯(lián)電網(wǎng)固有的層次結(jié)構(gòu)和運(yùn)行特征,指出實(shí)際運(yùn)行電網(wǎng)具有黑箱數(shù)據(jù)特性與運(yùn)行外部區(qū)域依賴的性質(zhì),分析基于聯(lián)絡(luò)線簇能量傳輸模式的區(qū)域電網(wǎng)脆弱性評(píng)估的合理性。其次,修正了節(jié)點(diǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)和支路負(fù)載率這兩個(gè)脆弱性評(píng)估指標(biāo)宏觀特征弱的缺點(diǎn),引入擾動(dòng)抵御水平和極限負(fù)載率兩個(gè)新指標(biāo),通過(guò)兩個(gè)新引入的指標(biāo),對(duì)當(dāng)前電網(wǎng)脆弱性評(píng)估中尚未考慮的能量沖擊特性與能量外部交換特性進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)分析,建立切合區(qū)域互聯(lián)電網(wǎng)實(shí)際運(yùn)行控制模式的綜合評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系。然后,應(yīng)用變異系數(shù)法對(duì)基于聯(lián)絡(luò)線簇能量傳輸模式的互聯(lián)區(qū)域電網(wǎng)脆弱性進(jìn)行多指標(biāo)綜合評(píng)估。最后,采用IEEE57節(jié)點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行算例分析,驗(yàn)證了本文方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the current methods of power grid vulnerability assessment do not consider the relationship between networks, a comprehensive vulnerability assessment of interconnected regional power grid based on the energy transmission mode of tie-line cluster is proposed.First of all, the inherent hierarchical structure and operation characteristics of the current regional interconnected power network are expounded, and it is pointed out that the actual operation grid has the characteristics of black box data and external region dependence.The rationality of vulnerability assessment of regional power grid based on tie-line cluster energy transmission mode is analyzed.Secondly, the shortcomings of the two vulnerability assessment indexes, node structure and branch load ratio, are corrected. Two new indexes, disturbance resistance level and limit load rate, are introduced, and two new indexes are introduced.The characteristics of energy shock and external energy exchange which have not been considered in the current vulnerability assessment of power grid are analyzed emphatically, and a comprehensive evaluation index system suitable for the actual operation control mode of regional interconnected power network is established.Then, the variability coefficient method is applied to evaluate the vulnerability of interconnected regional power grid based on tie-line cluster energy transmission mode.Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by an example of IEEE57 node system.
