一種表貼式永磁同步電機(jī)初始角的檢測(cè)方法

【摘要】:在分析基于電感飽和原理來(lái)獲得表貼式永磁電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子初始角方法的基礎(chǔ)上,為解決傳統(tǒng)方法不可靠、準(zhǔn)確性低的難題,提出了電壓矢量法,該方法在處理第二波電壓矢量時(shí),同時(shí)加入限制條件。而且在第二波電壓矢量后,為了提高了電流峰值而延長(zhǎng)了電壓矢量的作用時(shí)間,這樣就使得轉(zhuǎn)子的增去磁效果更為顯著,也增大各個(gè)矢量電流大小的差別,從而提高了檢測(cè)結(jié)果的可靠性。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明該方法既確保了轉(zhuǎn)子不發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),又大幅度增強(qiáng)了檢測(cè)的可靠性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of unreliable and low accuracy of traditional methods, a voltage vector method is proposed to deal with the second wave voltage vector, based on the principle of inductance saturation to obtain the initial rotor angle of permanent magnet motor.At the same time, restrictions are added.Moreover, after the second wave voltage vector, the working time of the voltage vector is prolonged in order to increase the peak value of the current, which makes the demagnetization effect of the rotor more remarkable, and also increases the difference of the current size of each vector.Therefore, the reliability of the test results is improved.The experimental results show that the method not only ensures the rotor does not rotate, but also greatly enhances the reliability of the detection.
