【摘要】：隨著模塊化多電平換流器的發(fā)展,提高模塊化多電平換流器(MMC)的容量及電壓等級(jí)成為研究熱點(diǎn)。通過(guò)建立絕緣柵雙極型晶體管(IGBT)串聯(lián)模塊化下的MMC換流器模型,考察載波移相調(diào)制策略下?lián)Q流器的輸出電壓畸變情況,以及在開(kāi)關(guān)頻率處的電磁噪聲幅值。提出一種隨機(jī)零序分量注入脈寬調(diào)制(PWM)方式,并基于隨機(jī)過(guò)程原理,對(duì)比不同隨機(jī)PWM下開(kāi)關(guān)函數(shù)的功率譜密度,并從理論和仿真兩個(gè)方面研究隨機(jī)PWM對(duì)MMC換流器的降噪效果。仿真結(jié)果表明,提出的隨機(jī)PWM方式簡(jiǎn)單有效,能明顯降低大容量高電壓的MMC換流器的噪聲。
[Abstract]:With the development of modularized multilevel converter, improving the capacity and voltage level of modularized multilevel converter (MMC) has become a hot topic. The model of MMC converter based on insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) series modularization is established. The output voltage distortion of the converter and the electromagnetic noise amplitude at the switching frequency are investigated under the carrier phase shift modulation strategy. A random zero-sequence component injection pulse width modulation (PWM) method is proposed and based on the stochastic process principle. The power spectral density of switching function under different random PWM is compared, and the noise reduction effect of random PWM on MMC converter is studied from two aspects of theory and simulation. The simulation results show that the proposed stochastic PWM method is simple and effective. It can obviously reduce the noise of MMC converter with large capacity and high voltage.
