【摘要】：分布式電源(DG)的接入及網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,使得主動(dòng)配電網(wǎng)(ADN)的狀態(tài)估計(jì)及量測(cè)配置更加復(fù)雜。在考慮DG出力不確定性的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了兼顧經(jīng)濟(jì)性和多種網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)估計(jì)精度的多目標(biāo)量測(cè)配置模型;以高斯混合模型(GMM)模擬DG出力的不確定性,并利用量測(cè)協(xié)方差矩陣的非對(duì)角元素表征DG間出力的相關(guān)性;基于層次分析法(AHP)確定量測(cè)配置費(fèi)用和含環(huán)網(wǎng)的多種網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的目標(biāo)權(quán)重,并利用貪婪算法確定ADN的量測(cè)配置方案。IEEE 33節(jié)點(diǎn)配電系統(tǒng)和119節(jié)點(diǎn)配電系統(tǒng)的仿真結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了文中方法的有效性和可行性。
[Abstract]:The access of DG and the change of network structure make the state estimation and measurement configuration of active distribution network (ADN) more complicated. Considering the uncertainty of DG output, the state estimation and measurement configuration of active distribution network (ADN) are more complicated. In this paper, a multi-objective measurement collocation model with both economic and network structure estimation accuracy is established, and the uncertainty of DG output is simulated by Gao Si mixed model GMMM, and the correlation between DG forces is characterized by the non-diagonal elements of the measurement covariance matrix. Based on Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the cost of measurement configuration and the target weights of various network structures with ring networks are determined. The greedy algorithm is used to determine the measurement configuration of ADN. The simulation results of IEEE33-bus distribution system and 119-bus distribution system verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
