【摘要】:面臨煙氣超低排放要求,燃煤電廠現(xiàn)有電除塵器改造需求巨大。傳統(tǒng)電除塵器改造依據(jù)修正的Deutsch公式,僅能通過增大本體的方式來控制排放濃度。因此,定義峰值、平均電場強度和比收塵面積的乘積作為電除塵指數(shù),在其指導下可通過提高放電電壓和電流來降低粉塵排放。在此基礎上通過采用三相電源、降低煙氣溫度至110℃以下、應用前端電場側(cè)部振打和末端電場頂部振打的混合振打、協(xié)同脫硫塔和電除塵器等優(yōu)化改造措施,均可將電除塵器出口濃度控制在10 mg/m3以下。將袋式除塵器改造為電除塵器則可在控制顆粒物排放的同時,進一步減少酸霧、鹽結晶等引起的堵塞和煙羽問題。
[Abstract]:In the face of the requirement of ultra-low flue gas emission, there is a huge demand for the retrofit of the existing electrostatic precipitators in coal-fired power plants. According to the modified Deutsch formula, the traditional electrostatic precipitator transformation can only control the emission concentration by increasing the bulk. Therefore, the peak value is defined. The product of the average electric field intensity and the specific dust collecting area can be used as the precipitating index, under the guidance of which the dust emission can be reduced by increasing the discharge voltage and current.
