配電網(wǎng)變壓器負(fù)載率智能化分析

【摘要】:當(dāng)前廣大居民在用電高峰期時(shí)會(huì)遇到停電,停電的原因主要為變壓器、低壓開(kāi)關(guān)、低壓導(dǎo)線故障,每年的夏季、冬季用電高峰來(lái)臨時(shí),此類現(xiàn)象更加突出。此類低壓設(shè)備的故障不僅耗費(fèi)了搶修的成本,影響了供電企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)效益,而且影響了廣大居民的用電滿意度。造成低壓設(shè)備故障的原因除了設(shè)備老化之外,主要為設(shè)備出現(xiàn)重過(guò)載,設(shè)備長(zhǎng)期超負(fù)荷運(yùn)行,發(fā)生燒損。因此對(duì)配電網(wǎng)變壓器負(fù)載率進(jìn)行高效、有質(zhì)量的分析探討,做好預(yù)防措施,顯得尤為重要。當(dāng)前負(fù)載率分析面臨的問(wèn)題主要為對(duì)變壓器運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)某一方面的分析比較深入,但未能從整體上把握變壓器的情況。本文提出了變壓器負(fù)載率看板的構(gòu)想,通過(guò)該看板,可以從整體上對(duì)變壓器的負(fù)載率情況進(jìn)行把握。為實(shí)現(xiàn)該構(gòu)想,本文構(gòu)建了配電網(wǎng)變壓器負(fù)載率指標(biāo)分析體系,從五個(gè)負(fù)載率區(qū)間“整體過(guò)載、整體重載單相過(guò)載、整體重載、單相過(guò)載、單相重載”對(duì)負(fù)載率進(jìn)行分析,并能夠按照不同供電片區(qū)進(jìn)行區(qū)分,將重過(guò)載變壓器“是否屬于供電部門維護(hù)(產(chǎn)權(quán)屬性)、是否有項(xiàng)目改造”納入統(tǒng)計(jì),使得分析體系更加符合實(shí)際的需求。同時(shí)為提升負(fù)載率分析的效率,本文還通過(guò)VBA編程的方式設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)負(fù)載率分析程序,以計(jì)量自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)導(dǎo)出的數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)行VBA程序即可快速生成變壓器負(fù)載率看板。編制一個(gè)VBA程序來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)相應(yīng)的變壓器負(fù)載率的分析功能,對(duì)比計(jì)量自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)當(dāng)前的基本功能、新開(kāi)發(fā)的分析軟件、人工分析三個(gè)方面,VBA編程其功能實(shí)現(xiàn)、開(kāi)發(fā)成本、分析時(shí)間方面是最優(yōu)的。本文還建立了變壓器負(fù)載率VBA程序測(cè)試及結(jié)果分析模型,并最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了快速生成變壓器負(fù)載率看板。在實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程,達(dá)到了成本低、效率高、程序可擴(kuò)展、符合實(shí)際工作需要的效果,為制定變壓器科學(xué)有效的運(yùn)行維護(hù)策略提供了數(shù)據(jù)支撐,科學(xué)有效的運(yùn)行維護(hù)策略可以將故障隱患消滅在萌芽狀態(tài),降低設(shè)備的故障次數(shù),從而提升廣大居民客戶的用電滿意度和供電企業(yè)的效益。
[Abstract]:At present, the majority of residents will encounter power outages during the peak period of power consumption. The main causes of the power outages are transformer, low-voltage switches, low-voltage wire faults, and the summer and winter peak of power consumption each year. The failure of this type of low-voltage equipment not only consumes the cost of rush repair, but also affects the operating efficiency of power supply enterprises. In addition to the aging of the equipment, it is mainly caused by the heavy overload of the equipment and the long-term overload of the equipment. Therefore, the load rate of transformer in distribution network is analyzed and discussed efficiently and qualitatively, and the preventive measures are done well. The main problem in the analysis of load rate is that the analysis of some aspect of transformer operation data is more thorough, but the situation of transformer can not be grasped as a whole. In this paper, the conception of transformer load rate Kanban is put forward. Through the Kanban, the load rate of transformer can be grasped as a whole. In order to realize the conception, the paper constructs the index analysis system of transformer load rate in distribution network. Single phase overload, monolithic overload, single phase overload, single phase overload "the load rate is analyzed, and can be distinguished according to different power supply areas," In order to improve the efficiency of load rate analysis, the overloaded transformer is included in the statistics of whether or not it belongs to the maintenance of power supply department (property right attribute, whether there is project transformation or not), so as to make the analysis system more in line with the actual demand. This paper also designs a load rate analysis program by means of VBA programming, which is based on the data derived from the metrological automation system. The transformer load rate Kanban can be generated quickly by running VBA program. A VBA program is developed to realize the analysis function of transformer load rate. The current basic functions of the metrological automation system and the newly developed analysis software are compared. The function realization, development cost and analysis time are optimal in three aspects of manual analysis. The VBA program test and result analysis model of transformer load rate are also established in this paper. And finally realized the fast generation transformer load rate Kanban. In the realization process, achieved the low cost, high efficiency, the program can be expanded, in line with the actual work needs, It provides data support for making scientific and effective operation and maintenance strategy for transformer. Scientific and effective operation and maintenance strategy can eliminate hidden trouble in the bud and reduce the frequency of equipment failure. In order to enhance the majority of residents of customer satisfaction and power supply enterprises benefit.
