基于FBG測(cè)溫與熱路模型的繞組熱點(diǎn)溫度研究

【摘要】:為了早期發(fā)現(xiàn)油浸式電力變壓器長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)行時(shí)可能存在的異常溫升,需對(duì)其熱點(diǎn)溫度進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)與判斷。利用光纖Bragg光柵(FBG)傳感技術(shù)的絕緣性與耐高壓特性,對(duì)變壓器繞組與變壓器油的溫度進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)。結(jié)合熱電類比法建立變壓器繞組與變壓器油之間換熱的熱路模型,對(duì)變壓器繞組熱點(diǎn)位置及其溫度進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明,變壓器額定功率工作條件下,繞組熱點(diǎn)位于距繞組底部45cm處,熱點(diǎn)溫度約為66.8℃;而工作在1.3倍額定功率時(shí),熱點(diǎn)位于40~45 cm之間,熱點(diǎn)溫度約為71.5℃。
[Abstract]:In order to detect the abnormal temperature rise of oil-immersed power transformer during its long term operation, it is necessary to monitor and judge the hot spot temperature. The insulation and high voltage resistance of fiber Bragg grating sensing technology are used. The temperature of transformer winding and transformer oil is monitored. The heat transfer model between transformer winding and transformer oil is established by thermoelectric analogy, and the hot spot and temperature of transformer winding are analyzed. Under the rated power working condition, the hot spot of the transformer is located at the 45cm at the bottom of the winding, and the hot spot temperature is about 66.8 鈩,
