FBMMC直流故障穿越機理及故障清除策略

【摘要】:針對模塊化多電平換流器型直流輸電(MMC-HVDC)直流故障的快速清除,對全橋型模塊化多電平換流器(FBMMC)直流故障機理及故障清除控制策略進行了研究。研究了全橋子模塊的導(dǎo)通模式與運行特性;分析了閉鎖前后直流側(cè)雙極短路故障機理、故障電流阻斷原理和故障清除控制策略。在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建了仿真模型,對全橋子模塊的運行特性、直流故障機理、故障清除及快速恢復(fù)策略進行了仿真分析,結(jié)果驗證了所提策略在直流故障穿越方面的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to eliminate the DC fault of MMC-HVDC, a modularized multilevel converter is proposed. The DC fault mechanism and fault clearing control strategy of full bridge modularized multilevel converter (FBMMC) are studied. The on mode and operation characteristics of full bridge module are studied, and the mechanism of DC side bipolar short circuit fault before and after locking is analyzed. Fault current blocking principle and fault clearing control strategy. The simulation model is built in PSCAD/EMTDC, and the operation characteristics, DC fault mechanism, fault clearing and fast recovery strategy of the whole bridge module are simulated and analyzed. The results show that the proposed strategy is effective in DC fault traversing.
