Cuk變換器在風電制氫中的應用研究

【摘要】:隨著人類社會的快速發(fā)展,石油、天然氣、煤炭等一次能源日益枯竭,風能、太陽能等新能源逐漸得到了世界各國的重視,其中風能以其清潔無污染、應用最廣泛、蘊含量大等顯著特點成為可再生能源的首要選擇。但是由于風電的波動性、不穩(wěn)定性,影響大規(guī)模并網運行。為了最大限度地消納風能,由于Cuk變換器既能升壓運行,又能降壓運行,對風電功率波動具有較強的適應能力,非常適合應用于風電制氫系統,本文以Cuk變換器作為研究對象,對其在風電制氫系統中的應用進行深入研究。本文首先介紹了風力供電系統、風電制氫及其調節(jié)技術以及DC/DC變換器在風力發(fā)電中的研究現狀。其次,分析了電解槽的負載特性,以及電解槽電極配置與等效電路之間的關系。并對Cuk變換器進行數學建模,分析了電路中兩種工作模式的臨界條件,并給出了電路輸出電壓紋波、開關電流與元件參數的關系;贛atlab/Simulink仿真軟件,對Cuk變換器進行了仿真建模,分析結果表明仿真結果與理論分析一致,理論分析對Cuk變換器的元件選型具有重要的參考意義。最后基于DSP搭建了Cuk變換器的實驗裝置,使用可編程直流電源模擬風電輸出,實驗結果表明裝置設計合理,滿足電解槽負載性能指標要求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of human society, oil, natural gas, coal and other primary energy increasingly exhausted, wind, solar energy and other new energy has gradually been the world's attention, among which wind energy for its clean and pollution-free, the most widely used. However, due to the volatility and instability of wind power, it affects large-scale grid-connected operation. In order to absorb wind energy to the maximum extent, the Cuk converter can boost up and run. It has strong adaptability to wind power fluctuation, so it is very suitable for wind power hydrogen production system. In this paper, Cuk converter is taken as the research object. Firstly, this paper introduces the wind power supply system, the hydrogen production and its regulation technology of wind power, and the research status of DC/DC converter in wind power generation. Secondly, the load characteristics of the electrolytic cell are analyzed. The relationship between the electrode configuration and equivalent circuit of the electrolysis cell is also discussed. The mathematical model of the Cuk converter is presented. The critical conditions of the two working modes in the circuit are analyzed, and the output voltage ripple of the circuit is given. Based on the Matlab/Simulink simulation software, the Cuk converter is simulated and modeled. The analysis results show that the simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis. The theoretical analysis is of great significance for the selection of components of Cuk converter. Finally, the experimental device of Cuk converter is built based on DSP, and the output of wind power is simulated by using programmable DC power supply. The experimental results show that the design of the device is reasonable. Meet the performance requirements of electrolytic cell load.
