【摘要】：伴隨著人們生活品質(zhì)的不斷提升,廚房這一居家生活的重要空間正產(chǎn)生智能化地的變革。廚房小家電作為這一空間的重要組成元素,越來(lái)越受人們的關(guān)注。與此同時(shí),廚房小家電的使用需求也隨著不同家庭成員的生活方式而改變。市面上流行的智能家電大多為年輕群體而服務(wù),忽視了弱勢(shì)群體的特殊需求,致使老年群體無(wú)法輕松地掌握其中的交互精髓。本文首先以廚房小家電產(chǎn)品為研究對(duì)象,以老齡化社會(huì)的趨勢(shì)為研究背景,通過(guò)大量的文獻(xiàn)的理論分析,對(duì)多通道理論和產(chǎn)品交互設(shè)計(jì)理論進(jìn)行理論性研究。從視覺(jué)、聽(tīng)覺(jué)和觸覺(jué)多通道感知對(duì)老年群體的行為特征進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)性研究。其次,通過(guò)對(duì)典型用戶的跟蹤拍攝,了解老年群體的生活狀態(tài)。隨后對(duì)老年群體使用廚房小家電的行為進(jìn)行用戶行為研究,提取廚房小家電產(chǎn)品使用過(guò)程中的多通道行為要素。在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步對(duì)廚房小家電的人機(jī)交互行為要素與產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)要素進(jìn)行提取,以此獲取老年群體的廚房小家電使用需求。最后,總結(jié)歸納得出適老化廚房小家電的減少記憶負(fù)擔(dān)原則、可承擔(dān)性原則和容錯(cuò)性原則,以此引導(dǎo)得出多通道行為特征的適老化交互設(shè)計(jì)策略,其中包括視覺(jué)、聽(tīng)覺(jué)、觸覺(jué)三個(gè)方面的設(shè)計(jì)策略。最終,將老年群體的行為特征轉(zhuǎn)化為交互行為的實(shí)踐路徑,針對(duì)電飯煲這樣一款產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品與界面設(shè)計(jì),完成適老化廚房小家電的交互設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of people's quality of life, kitchen, an important space for home life, is undergoing intelligent transformation. As an important component of this space, small kitchen appliances are attracting more and more attention. The demand for small kitchen appliances also changes with the lifestyle of different family members. Most of the smart appliances that are popular in the market serve young people, ignoring the special needs of vulnerable groups. As a result, the elderly can not easily grasp the essence of interaction. Firstly, this paper takes the kitchen household appliances as the research object, taking the trend of the aging society as the research background, through the theoretical analysis of a large number of documents. This paper makes theoretical research on multi-channel theory and product interaction design theory. It makes a basic research on the behavior characteristics of the elderly population from visual, auditory and tactile multi-channel perception. Secondly, through tracking and shooting typical users, To understand the living conditions of the elderly. Then the behavior of the elderly to use small kitchen appliances was studied. The multi-channel behavior elements in the process of using kitchen small household appliances are extracted. On this basis, the human-computer interaction behavior elements and product design elements of kitchen small household appliances are further extracted. Finally, the paper summarizes the principle of reducing memory burden, affordability and fault tolerance. In order to guide the multi-channel behavior characteristics of the appropriate aging interactive design strategy, including visual, auditory and tactile design strategies. Finally, the behavior characteristics of the elderly group is transformed into interactive behavior practice path. The design of product and interface for rice cooker is carried out, and the interactive design of small household appliances for aging kitchen is completed.
