面向智能水電站的在線監(jiān)測(cè)狀態(tài)實(shí)時(shí)自動(dòng)巡檢方法與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:巡檢是保障水電站安全的重要手段。文中在總結(jié)水電站巡檢方法的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成與行為關(guān)系模型,利用在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)縱向追憶和橫向關(guān)聯(lián)的優(yōu)勢(shì),提出了綜合狀態(tài)和性能的巡檢分析方法。該方法在智能水電站一體化信息平臺(tái)下,首先通過(guò)有效性檢查及冗余切換對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行甄別與容錯(cuò);然后,一方面自動(dòng)采用動(dòng)態(tài)閾值分析與相似影響因子趨勢(shì)分析檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)異常,另一方面通過(guò)宏試驗(yàn)或根據(jù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)P妥詣?dòng)計(jì)算系統(tǒng)執(zhí)行任務(wù)的性能指標(biāo),并檢測(cè)性能越限及性能降低程度;最后,根據(jù)狀態(tài)及性能檢測(cè)結(jié)果,發(fā)出報(bào)警信息;同時(shí),通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)關(guān)聯(lián)與數(shù)據(jù)同步,有效提升了狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)的關(guān)聯(lián)性,進(jìn)而為故障診斷提供決策支持;谠摲椒ㄩ_發(fā)的智能化巡檢系統(tǒng)已應(yīng)用于葛洲壩電站。
[Abstract]:The inspection is an important means to ensure the safety of the hydropower station. This paper summarizes the inspection method on hydropower station, according to the system structure and behavior model, the use of online monitoring system for longitudinal and transverse recall associated advantages, puts forward the comprehensive inspection status and performance analysis method. The method of integrated information platform in intelligent hydropower station. Firstly, the validity check and screening of redundant switching and fault tolerant data; then, the abnormal state detection system analysis of dynamic threshold analysis and similarity factor trend automatically using the one hand, on the other hand through the macro test or empirical model based on the automatic calculation of performance index system to perform the task, and the detection performance of limit and reduce the degree of performance; finally, according to the test results and performance of the alarm information; at the same time, through the data synchronization and data association, effectively enhance the state data off It provides decision support for fault diagnosis. The intelligent inspection system developed based on this method has been applied to the Gezhouba Dam power station.
