【摘要】：利用對比研究的方法,以風電企業(yè)和火電企業(yè)2012-2015年的年報數(shù)據(jù)為研究樣本,通過計算風電和火電企業(yè)的銷售成本、發(fā)電量和度電成本,對風電企業(yè)目前的成本結(jié)構(gòu)、成本水平以及價格補貼水平進行研究。結(jié)果表明,風機費用是風電企業(yè)初始投資成本的重要組成部分,折舊與攤銷費用是度電成本的重要組成部分。另外,風電成本影響因素眾多,由于技術進步速度呈現(xiàn)出不斷下降的趨勢,但與火電具有度電成本差異,需要上網(wǎng)電價補貼的支持。最后,對我國不同地區(qū)風電投資成本與價格補貼水平進行相關性分析,給出了我國風電價格補貼水平,以及價格補貼機制動態(tài)調(diào)整和逐漸減少的建議。
[Abstract]:Taking the annual report data of wind power enterprises and thermal power enterprises from 2012-2015 as the research sample, by using the method of comparative study, the current cost structure of wind power enterprises is analyzed by calculating the cost of sales, electricity generation and power generation of wind and thermal power enterprises. Cost level and price subsidy level are studied. The results show that fan cost is an important part of wind power enterprise's initial investment cost, depreciation and amortization cost is an important part of power cost. The cost of wind power is influenced by many factors. Because of the decreasing trend of technological progress, but the difference of power cost with thermal power, it needs to be supported by subsidies of electricity price on the Internet. This paper analyzes the correlation between the cost of wind power investment and the level of price subsidy in different regions of China, and gives the suggestion of dynamic adjustment and gradual reduction of the price subsidy mechanism of wind power in China.
