淀粉為碳源制備鉛炭電池負(fù)極材料的研究

【摘要】:以氨水+二氧化碳脫硫的脫硫鉛膏為原料、淀粉為碳源,進(jìn)行糊化活化后,在氮?dú)獗Wo(hù)下置于管式爐中煅燒制備鉛炭材料?疾炝说矸叟c鉛膏的質(zhì)量比、煅燒溫度、煅燒時(shí)間對(duì)產(chǎn)物的影響,并利用熱重分析(TGA)、X射線衍射(XRD)、透射電鏡(TEM)等分析手段對(duì)產(chǎn)物的成分、形貌、結(jié)構(gòu)和粒徑分布進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果表明,淀粉與鉛膏質(zhì)量比為1∶1時(shí),在450℃下煅燒2.5 h制得的鉛炭樣品基本無(wú)團(tuán)聚現(xiàn)象,鉛或鉛的氧化物顆粒均勻地分散在碳基質(zhì)中,粒徑分布窄,平均粒徑為11.69 nm,為制備優(yōu)質(zhì)的鉛炭電池負(fù)極材料提供了一種新的途徑。
[Abstract]:The lead desulphurization paste from ammonia and carbon dioxide desulphurization was used as raw material and starch as carbon source. After gelatinization and activation, lead carbon was calcined in a tube furnace under the protection of nitrogen. The mass ratio of starch to lead paste and calcination temperature were investigated. The effect of calcination time on the product was analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), X-ray diffraction (XRDX), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), etc. The composition, morphology, structure and particle size distribution of the product were analyzed.
