含逆變型分布式電源的配電網(wǎng)正序阻抗縱聯(lián)保護(hù)

【摘要】:逆變型分布式電源區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)電源的故障特性導(dǎo)致傳統(tǒng)電流保護(hù)難以快速可靠切除故障,也影響了現(xiàn)有輸電網(wǎng)保護(hù)原理直接應(yīng)用于配電網(wǎng)的動(dòng)作性能。借鑒電流差動(dòng)保護(hù)原理思想,定義了正序差動(dòng)阻抗,理論分析了其在區(qū)內(nèi)外故障時(shí)的幅值差異,提出了一種適用于有源配電網(wǎng)的正序阻抗差動(dòng)保護(hù)原理。為進(jìn)一步改善保護(hù)性能,有效應(yīng)對(duì)分支負(fù)荷的影響,構(gòu)造了帶制動(dòng)特性的動(dòng)作判據(jù)。針對(duì)區(qū)內(nèi)三相金屬性短路故障時(shí)保護(hù)存在的死區(qū)問題,利用故障時(shí)正序阻抗與正序電流幅值特征構(gòu)造了輔助判據(jù)。與傳統(tǒng)電流差動(dòng)保護(hù)相比,所述方法無需兩端數(shù)據(jù)同步采樣,對(duì)通信要求較低。仿真結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了保護(hù)原理的有效性。
[Abstract]:The fault characteristic of the inverter distributed power supply is different from the traditional power supply, which makes it difficult for the traditional current protection to remove the fault quickly and reliably. It also affects the operational performance of the current transmission network protection principle which is directly applied to the distribution network. With reference to the principle of current differential protection, the positive sequence differential impedance is defined, and the amplitude difference in the fault within and outside the region is analyzed theoretically. The principle of positive sequence impedance differential protection for active distribution network is proposed. In order to further improve the protection performance and effectively deal with the influence of branch load, In this paper, an action criterion with braking characteristics is constructed. Aiming at the dead zone problem in the fault of three-phase gold attribute short-circuit fault, an auxiliary criterion is constructed by using the amplitude characteristics of positive sequence impedance and positive sequence current in fault time. Compared with the traditional current differential protection, The method does not require synchronous data sampling at both ends and requires less communication. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the protection principle.
