河北某發(fā)電公司可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:隨著“供給側(cè)改革”和國(guó)家“十三五能源規(guī)劃”的頒布,電力市場(chǎng)正在逐步改革,形成以“節(jié)能減排、保護(hù)環(huán)境、走可持續(xù)發(fā)展”為核心的市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)則。河北某發(fā)電公司作為中國(guó)某電力集團(tuán)在河北的分支機(jī)構(gòu),下轄著X電廠、Y電廠和Z清潔能源分公司,河北的重要能源企業(yè),如何保障在電力市場(chǎng)中可持續(xù)發(fā)展,是值得河北某發(fā)電公司思考的問(wèn)題。本文將借助相關(guān)管理理論,結(jié)合河北某發(fā)電公司的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行分析,覓尋出阻礙電力市場(chǎng)的問(wèn)題,并從電力成本、電力市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、電力市場(chǎng)評(píng)價(jià)體系、與環(huán)境的協(xié)調(diào)等方面提出相關(guān)策略,力取為河北某發(fā)電公司的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提出參考和借鑒。首先,對(duì)本文的研究背景和研究意義進(jìn)行概述,以及簡(jiǎn)單的介紹本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和不足,通過(guò)以可持續(xù)發(fā)展為核心的理念,相關(guān)管理學(xué)的研究方法,對(duì)河北某發(fā)電公司的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,即宏觀環(huán)境(EPEST分析法)分析、行業(yè)環(huán)境分析、行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手分析、機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置分析、經(jīng)營(yíng)情況分析、產(chǎn)業(yè)概況、設(shè)備狀態(tài)、財(cái)務(wù)及資本運(yùn)營(yíng)分析、技術(shù)開發(fā)分析等,從而可以全面的把握河北某發(fā)電公司的實(shí)際情況,進(jìn)一步利用SWOT矩陣?yán)碚?對(duì)某發(fā)電公司分公司的電力市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行剖析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,發(fā)現(xiàn)并總結(jié)出對(duì)河北某發(fā)電公司電力市場(chǎng)上與存在與可持續(xù)發(fā)展的要求相矛盾與不符之處。其次,在可持續(xù)發(fā)展的前提下,就河北某發(fā)電公司存在的問(wèn)題,如在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)和電力市場(chǎng)改革的新形勢(shì)下,用戶對(duì)電量的需求增長(zhǎng)放緩,個(gè)人需求量基本飽和,導(dǎo)致發(fā)電設(shè)備利用小時(shí)同比大幅下降,用戶或企業(yè)的交易電量比例大幅增加,煤電聯(lián)動(dòng)電價(jià)大幅下調(diào),新能源項(xiàng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈等,針對(duì)具體的問(wèn)題,采取相對(duì)應(yīng)的的策略,為河北某發(fā)電公司的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供導(dǎo)向。最后,為河北某發(fā)電公司的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,提出了在生產(chǎn)安全、經(jīng)營(yíng)安全、政治安全和形象安全的具體要求,并加快調(diào)整不適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)改革的思維、組織和體制機(jī)制等,繼續(xù)提升安全績(jī)效、繼續(xù)降低成本,全力提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,確保在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中占據(jù)優(yōu)勢(shì)地位。
[Abstract]:With the promulgation of the "supply-side reform" and the "13th Five-Year Energy Plan", the electricity market is gradually reformed to "save energy and reduce emissions, protect the environment," A power generation company in Hebei Province, as a branch of a Chinese power group in Hebei, is under the jurisdiction of the X Power Plant and the Z Clean Energy Branch, which is an important energy enterprise in Hebei. How to ensure the sustainable development in the electric power market is a problem worthy of consideration by a power generation company in Hebei Province. This paper will use the relevant management theory to analyze the actual situation of a power generation company in Hebei Province, and find out the problems that hinder the electricity market. And put forward the relevant strategies from the aspects of power cost, electricity market structure, power market evaluation system, coordination with environment, etc., and put forward the reference and reference for the sustainable development of a power generation company in Hebei Province. This paper summarizes the research background and significance of this paper, as well as a brief introduction of the innovative points and shortcomings of this paper, through the concept of sustainable development as the core, related management research methods, This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of a power generation company in Hebei Province, that is, the macro environment analysis, the industry environment analysis, the industry competition analysis, the organization setting analysis, the business situation analysis, the industry general situation, the equipment state, Financial and capital operation analysis, technology development analysis and so on, so as to comprehensively grasp the actual situation of a power generation company in Hebei Province, and further use the SWOT matrix theory to analyze the electricity market of a branch of a power generation company, on the basis of which, Find and sum up the contradiction and inconsistency between the existence and the sustainable development in the electric power market of a power generation company in Hebei Province. Secondly, under the premise of sustainable development, the problems existing in a power generation company in Hebei Province are discussed. For example, under the new normal of economic development and the new situation of electricity market reform, the growth of consumer demand for electricity has slowed down, and the personal demand has basically become saturated, resulting in a sharp decline in the hours of utilization of power generation equipment compared with the same period last year. The proportion of electricity traded by users or enterprises has increased substantially, the electricity price of coal-power linkage has been reduced substantially, the competition for new energy items has been fierce, and so on. In view of the specific problems, we should adopt corresponding strategies. To provide guidance for the sustainable development of a power generation company in Hebei. Finally, for the sustainable development of a power generation company in Hebei, the specific requirements for production safety, operation safety, political safety and image security are put forward. We should speed up the adjustment of the thinking, organization and system mechanism which can not adapt to the reform of market competition, continue to improve the safety performance, continue to reduce costs, and strive to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, so as to ensure that they occupy a dominant position in the competition.
