【摘要】:以工業(yè)低溫?zé)煔庥酂嵊袡C朗肯循環(huán)(ORC)發(fā)電系統(tǒng)為研究對象,選取了兩組共4種工質(zhì),基于熱源參數(shù)分別對系統(tǒng)熱力性能及經(jīng)濟(jì)性指標(biāo)進(jìn)行計算,分析不同工質(zhì)系統(tǒng)的熱經(jīng)濟(jì)性與經(jīng)濟(jì)性指標(biāo)的變化,對4種工質(zhì)的熱力性能指標(biāo)、經(jīng)濟(jì)性指標(biāo)以及最佳工況進(jìn)行對比分析。結(jié)果表明,同組工質(zhì)的凈功量和熱耗率變化相似且數(shù)值接近,但電力生產(chǎn)成本和投資回收期差別較大。同一工質(zhì)的最佳熱經(jīng)濟(jì)性工況和最佳經(jīng)濟(jì)性工況存在差異,在本文條件下,工質(zhì)最佳經(jīng)濟(jì)性工況下的蒸發(fā)溫度高于最佳熱經(jīng)濟(jì)性工況下的蒸發(fā)溫度約8~10℃。R600a為所選4種工質(zhì)中兼顧經(jīng)濟(jì)性與熱經(jīng)濟(jì)性的最佳工質(zhì),采用R236ea的系統(tǒng)熱力性能好于R600,而采用R600的系統(tǒng)電力生產(chǎn)成本始終低于R236ea,R600相比于R236ea具有明顯的經(jīng)濟(jì)性優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Taking the industrial low temperature flue gas waste heat organic Rankine cycle (ORC) power generation system as the research object, two groups of four working fluids were selected to calculate the thermodynamic performance and economic performance of the system based on the heat source parameters. The thermal economic and economic indexes of different working fluid systems are analyzed, and the thermodynamic performance index, economic performance index and optimum working condition of the four working fluids are compared and analyzed. The variation of the net work quantity and heat consumption rate of the same working fluid is similar and the value is similar, but the power production cost and the investment payback period are quite different. There are differences between the optimum thermal economic conditions and the optimal economic conditions of the same working fluid.
