【摘要】:伴隨著電路網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展,繼電保護(hù)設(shè)施的檢查與修理工作也越來越繁重過度的檢查修理與檢查修理不足都會(huì)使繼電保護(hù)設(shè)施的可靠性受到影響,同時(shí)也影響到了電力網(wǎng)絡(luò)的安全運(yùn)行,正因如此,上到國家電網(wǎng)公司,下到各網(wǎng)省市公司都投入到了繼電保護(hù)設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢查修理的研究工作當(dāng)中。由于繼電保護(hù)設(shè)備包含大量電子元器件,其可靠性評(píng)估方法與一次設(shè)備不同,繼電保護(hù)設(shè)備的檢修方式、方法也與其他設(shè)備有所不同,不能將其他設(shè)備狀態(tài)的檢查修理方式、方法直接照搬到繼電保護(hù)設(shè)備檢查修理當(dāng)中,必須要建立一套對(duì)繼電保護(hù)設(shè)備來說更有正對(duì)性,更可靠的評(píng)估方法。本文根據(jù)國家供電公司的具體需求,進(jìn)行調(diào)研,深入班組一線進(jìn)行需求分析,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了繼電保護(hù)設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修輔助管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)建立健全了繼電保護(hù)設(shè)備臺(tái)賬,完善了繼電保護(hù)專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)繼電保護(hù)專業(yè)臺(tái)帳、運(yùn)行、檢查、修理、校對(duì)、驗(yàn)證等繼電保護(hù)設(shè)施整個(gè)運(yùn)行周期的信息和數(shù)據(jù)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)范化的管理工作,更加全面的掌握和控制繼電保護(hù)設(shè)備的狀態(tài),定制最佳的檢修措施,到達(dá)“應(yīng)修必修,修必修好”的檢修目的。本文利用Eclipse、Power Designer等建模及開發(fā)工具,采用Oracle 10g作為數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng),在J2EE平臺(tái)、MVC模式及Struts 2框架下構(gòu)建了滿足國家供電公司電網(wǎng)檢修部門要求的基于Windows操作系統(tǒng)上的Java Web應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)即繼電保護(hù)設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修管理系統(tǒng)。該信息管理系統(tǒng)主要分為臺(tái)賬管理、運(yùn)行管理、檢修校驗(yàn)、狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)、綜合查詢五大功能模塊。
[Abstract]:With the development of the circuit network, the reliability of the relay protection facilities will be affected by the more and more heavy inspection and repair work of the relay protection facilities, and the insufficient inspection, repair and inspection and repair will affect the reliability of the relay protection facilities. At the same time, it also affects the safe operation of the power network, which is why the State Grid Company, All the provincial and municipal companies in the network have invested in the research work on the condition check and repair of relay protection equipment. Because the relay protection equipment contains a large number of electronic components, its reliability evaluation method is different from that of primary equipment. The methods of maintenance of relay protection equipment are also different from those of other equipment. It is not possible to inspect and repair the status of other equipment. The method is directly copied to the inspection and repair of relay protection equipment. It is necessary to establish a set of more positive and reliable evaluation methods for relay protection equipment. According to the specific needs of the State Power supply Company, this paper conducts research and in-depth team needs analysis. The auxiliary management system for condition maintenance of relay protection equipment is designed and implemented. The system establishes and perfects the account of relay protection equipment, consummates the basic management of the professional relay protection, realizes the operation, inspection and repair of the professional account of relay protection. Standardization of information and data throughout the operation cycle of relay protection facilities, such as proofreading and verification, standardization of management, more comprehensive mastery and control of the state of relay protection equipment, customization of the best maintenance measures, and reaching the "required repair", This paper makes use of modeling and development tools such as Eclipse Power Designer, and adopts Oracle 10g as database management system. Based on J2EE platform and Struts 2 framework, a Java Web application system based on Windows operating system is constructed to meet the requirements of power grid maintenance department of State Power supply Company. The information management system is based on the condition maintenance Management system of Relay Protection equipment. The system is mainly divided into account management, Operation management, maintenance check, status evaluation, comprehensive inquiry five functional modules.
