【摘要】：簡要介紹了GMAW的工藝特點和應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,從鋼制安全殼設(shè)計單位支持、焊接坡口形式及尺寸確定、焊接工藝參數(shù)匹配、坡口組對和背面清根等方面探討了GMAW-P自動焊工藝在核電站鋼制安全殼制造中的實施難點及保證措施,對國產(chǎn)核電后續(xù)安全殼自動化焊接制造和質(zhì)量保障具有重要的工程意義。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly introduces the process characteristics and application status of GMAW, including the support of steel containment design unit, the determination of welding groove form and size, and the matching of welding process parameters. In this paper, the difficulties and guarantee measures of GMAW-P automatic welding technology in the manufacture of steel containment for nuclear power station are discussed, which is of great engineering significance for automatic welding manufacture and quality assurance of domestic nuclear power subsequent containment.
