【摘要】："一帶一路"倡議,巴基斯坦水電開(kāi)發(fā)面臨前所未有的機(jī)遇。本文分析了巴基斯坦的電力結(jié)構(gòu)和水電開(kāi)發(fā)情況,對(duì)電力市場(chǎng)的缺口進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè),根據(jù)巴基斯坦水電投資項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)的特點(diǎn),采用SWOT分析方法,將企業(yè)的內(nèi)部分析法與產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境的外部分析法結(jié)合起來(lái),建立SWOT決策矩陣,從定性定量的角度尋找最優(yōu)的投資戰(zhàn)略決策,為中國(guó)國(guó)際工程投資商參與"一帶一路"國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略,提高水電投資領(lǐng)域的決策水平提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:Under the "Belt and Road" initiative, Pakistan faces unprecedented opportunities for hydropower development. This paper analyzes the power structure and hydropower development in Pakistan, and forecasts the gap in the electricity market. According to the characteristics of hydropower investment project development in Pakistan, the SWOT analysis method is adopted to establish the SWOT decision-making matrix by combining the internal analysis method of the enterprise with the external analysis method of the industrial competition environment. From the angle of qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper looks for the optimal investment strategy decision, which provides a certain reference for China's international project investors to participate in the internationalization strategy of "Belt and Road" and to improve the level of decision-making in the field of hydropower investment.
