【摘要】：如何科學(xué)、準(zhǔn)確地識別異常用電量對于改善電力系統(tǒng)用電管理至關(guān)重要。文中提出一種基于密度聚類技術(shù)的電力系統(tǒng)用電量異常分析算法。該算法通過基于密度的聚類技術(shù)和局部離群點要素給出異常用電波動區(qū)間的離群度,利用關(guān)聯(lián)分析法構(gòu)造關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則,同時給出其關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則支持度,并結(jié)合當(dāng)前用電量綜合分析獲取異常用電得分。最后以異常用電百分比實現(xiàn)用電量信息異常情況的快速、可靠分析。仿真和實驗測試結(jié)果表明該異常分析算法能夠高效識別用電信息異常數(shù)據(jù),從而提高用電量異常分析的準(zhǔn)確率。
[Abstract]:How science, Accurate identification of abnormal power consumption is very important to improve power management. In this paper, an algorithm of power consumption anomaly analysis based on density clustering technology is proposed. The algorithm is based on density clustering technology. And the element of local outliers give the outliers of anomalous electricity fluctuation interval. The association rules are constructed by using association analysis method, and the support degree of association rules is given, and the abnormal power consumption score is obtained by combining with the current electricity consumption comprehensive analysis. Finally, the abnormal power consumption information is realized quickly by the percentage of abnormal electricity consumption. The simulation and experimental results show that the anomaly analysis algorithm can effectively identify the abnormal data of power consumption information, thus improving the accuracy of abnormal analysis of electricity consumption.
