【摘要】:智能電網(wǎng)利用信息和通信技術(shù)(ICT)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施來(lái)管理電力能源的生產(chǎn)、傳輸和消耗,以提高遠(yuǎn)程控制和自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的效率。變電站作為智能電網(wǎng)中最重要的組成部分,為了解決其中不同設(shè)備之間的互操作性及其自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)的共享等問(wèn)題,國(guó)際電工委員會(huì)提出并制定了IEC 61850標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。而作為電力通信系統(tǒng)最廣泛接受的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),其定義的通信服務(wù)和通信協(xié)議也成為了研究熱點(diǎn)。隨著大數(shù)據(jù)等概念的提出及應(yīng)用,數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)墓芾怼踩、效率等方面都面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),而軟件定義網(wǎng)絡(luò)(SDN)作為新興的網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),能為用戶提供更為靈活的網(wǎng)絡(luò)流量管理、網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛擬化、更好的擴(kuò)展性來(lái)解決這些問(wèn)題。本文旨在使用SDN技術(shù)對(duì)變電站自動(dòng)化通信系統(tǒng)中通信服務(wù)的管理及其安全防范措施提出一些改進(jìn)。本文首先分析并研究了IEC 61850標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和軟件定義網(wǎng)絡(luò)(SDN)框架的內(nèi)容及其技術(shù)特點(diǎn);然后通過(guò)研究IEC 61850標(biāo)準(zhǔn)面向?qū)ο蠼5乃枷肱c方法,并利用變電站配置語(yǔ)言對(duì)變壓器監(jiān)測(cè)模型進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)描述;最后在建立的信息模型基礎(chǔ)上提出了一個(gè)SDN框架下的通信管理框架,通過(guò)利用SDN控制器的控制和監(jiān)控工具來(lái)滿足模型中的通信需求,經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)相關(guān)性能的測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn),證實(shí)了框架的相關(guān)性能的可行性。
[Abstract]:Smart grids use the ICT ICT-based infrastructure to manage the production, transmission and consumption of power energy to improve the efficiency of remote control and automation systems. Substations are the most important components of the smart grid. In order to solve the problems of interoperability between different equipments and the sharing of communication network of automation system, the International Electrotechnical Commission proposed and formulated IEC 61850 standard, which is the most widely accepted standard in electric power communication system. With the development and application of big data and other concepts, the management, security and efficiency of data transmission are facing severe challenges. As a new network technology, SDN can provide users with more flexible network traffic management and network virtualization. The purpose of this paper is to use SDN technology to improve the management of communication service and its security precautions in substation automation communication system. Firstly, this paper analyzes and studies the IEC 61850 standard. The content and technical characteristics of quasi and software definition network SDN; Then, by studying the idea and method of object-oriented modeling in IEC 61850 standard, the transformer monitoring model is described in detail by using substation configuration language. Finally, based on the established information model, a communication management framework based on SDN framework is proposed. By using the control and monitoring tools of the SDN controller to meet the communication requirements in the model, the performance of the model is tested and tested. The feasibility of the related performance of the framework is verified.
