吐魯番配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:2015年4月,國(guó)務(wù)院批復(fù)同意撤銷新疆吐魯番地區(qū),設(shè)立地級(jí)吐魯番市,這也是繼烏魯木齊市、克拉瑪依市后新疆設(shè)立的第三個(gè)地級(jí)市,“十三五”期間吐魯番市將緊抓歷史機(jī)遇,逐步把吐魯番打造成新疆絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶核心區(qū)重要戰(zhàn)略支撐點(diǎn)。這也為吐魯番配電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展建設(shè)提出了更高的要求。隨著新一輪電力體制改革進(jìn)程的提速,電力市場(chǎng)化改革步伐的加快,分布式電源、新能源呈現(xiàn)蓬勃發(fā)展的態(tài)勢(shì),吐魯番電網(wǎng)將面臨新的發(fā)展形勢(shì),也迎來(lái)新的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),在此背景下,特開(kāi)展本次吐魯番配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)研究,通過(guò)收集現(xiàn)狀電網(wǎng)的設(shè)備、運(yùn)行等數(shù)據(jù),剖析吐魯番電網(wǎng)面臨的問(wèn)題;合理選取相適宜的負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè)模型,預(yù)測(cè)今后五年吐魯番地區(qū)負(fù)荷增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì);得出較為合理的變電站規(guī)劃方案,并對(duì)變電站供電范圍進(jìn)行劃分,在此基礎(chǔ)上規(guī)劃和建設(shè)一個(gè)網(wǎng)架堅(jiān)強(qiáng)、安全可靠、綠色低碳、經(jīng)濟(jì)高效的配電網(wǎng)絡(luò);進(jìn)一步分析大規(guī)模新能源、分布式電源接入配電網(wǎng)的適應(yīng)性并提出相關(guān)應(yīng)對(duì)措施,為吐魯番未來(lái)配電網(wǎng)建設(shè)、改造和優(yōu)化提供了依據(jù)。規(guī)劃將進(jìn)一步完善吐魯番配電網(wǎng),使之成為既滿足全市建設(shè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需要、又具有較高的供電可靠性和運(yùn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)性的現(xiàn)代化電網(wǎng)。本論文充分調(diào)查分析了國(guó)內(nèi)配電網(wǎng)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),結(jié)合吐魯番的實(shí)際狀況,通過(guò)科學(xué)理論計(jì)算與分析進(jìn)行規(guī)劃,最終規(guī)劃方案經(jīng)過(guò)校內(nèi)外導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)以及諸多配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃專家和經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的運(yùn)行技術(shù)人員進(jìn)行反復(fù)討論修正后得出,實(shí)現(xiàn)了運(yùn)用一流技術(shù)規(guī)劃吐魯番一流電網(wǎng)的目標(biāo),充分體現(xiàn)了規(guī)劃的高度科學(xué)性和前瞻性。
[Abstract]:On April 2015, the State Council approved the cancellation of the Turpan region of Xinjiang and the establishment of the prefecture-level city of Turpan. This is also the third prefecture-level city to be established in Xinjiang after Urumqi and Karamay. During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, Turpan will seize historical opportunities. Turpan has gradually become an important strategic support point in the core area of the Xinjiang Silk Road economic belt. This has also put forward higher requirements for the development and construction of the Turpan distribution network. With the acceleration of the new round of electric power system reform, With the acceleration of the reform of the electric power market, distributed power sources and new energy sources are developing vigorously. The Turpan power grid will face a new development situation, as well as new opportunities and challenges. Against this background, the power grid will face new opportunities and challenges. This study on the planning and design of Turpan distribution network is carried out. By collecting the equipment and operation data of the current power network, the problems faced by the Turpan distribution network are analyzed, and the appropriate load forecasting model is reasonably selected. Forecasting the increasing trend of the load in Turpan area in the next five years, getting a more reasonable substation planning scheme, and dividing the power supply range of the substation, on the basis of which, planning and building a strong, safe, reliable, green and low carbon grid, Economic and efficient distribution network; further analyze the adaptability of large-scale new energy and distributed power supply to distribution network and put forward relevant countermeasures for the future construction of distribution network in Turpan, The plan will further improve the Turpan distribution network and make it meet the needs of the city's construction and economic development. This paper makes a full investigation and analysis of the structural characteristics of the domestic distribution network, combining with the actual situation of Turpan, through scientific theoretical calculation and analysis to carry out the planning. The final planning plan, after repeated discussion and revision of the final plan through tutors in and out of school and many distribution network planning experts and experienced operation technicians, has achieved the goal of using first-class technology to plan the first-class power grid in Turpan. Fully reflect the planning of a highly scientific and forward-looking.
