基于多頻陷波濾波和信號(hào)功率變參數(shù)的變結(jié)構(gòu)FXLMS自適應(yīng)變壓器有源降噪算法

【摘要】:為了改善變壓器有源降噪系統(tǒng)的性能,提出了基于多頻陷波濾波和信號(hào)功率變參數(shù)的變結(jié)構(gòu)濾波-X最小均方(filter-X least mean square,FXLMS)自適應(yīng)有源降噪算法。該算法以變結(jié)構(gòu)FXLMS算法為核心,針對(duì)變壓器噪聲的特點(diǎn),采用多頻陷波濾波技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)無參考傳聲器的設(shè)計(jì),降低硬件成本并節(jié)約占地面積。采用隨機(jī)噪聲法對(duì)系統(tǒng)次級(jí)通道進(jìn)行在線建模,并提出了"實(shí)時(shí)建模,延時(shí)更新"的策略,以及基于信號(hào)功率的變建模收斂系數(shù)和變隨機(jī)噪聲幅值相結(jié)合的方法,以降低引入的隨機(jī)噪聲幅值,并保證建模的準(zhǔn)確性。同時(shí),基于信號(hào)功率實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)降噪收斂系數(shù)的自適應(yīng)調(diào)節(jié)。仿真和理論分析表明,該算法可加快系統(tǒng)的收斂速度,提高系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性和降噪量。設(shè)計(jì)的軟件平臺(tái)與硬件設(shè)備相結(jié)合的變壓器有源降噪系統(tǒng),在額定運(yùn)行的50MVA變壓器降噪實(shí)驗(yàn)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)了誤差傳聲器處10~18d B的降噪效果,平均聲能量密度降低90.01%~98.41%,驗(yàn)證了算法對(duì)實(shí)際電力變壓器噪聲的降噪有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the performance of transformer active noise reduction system, an adaptive active noise reduction algorithm based on multi-frequency notch filter and variable signal power variable parameter is proposed, which is based on variable structure FXLMS algorithm. According to the characteristics of transformer noise, the multi-frequency notch filter technique is used to realize the design of the system without reference microphone, which reduces the hardware cost and saves the area. The stochastic noise method is used to model the secondary channel of the system online. The strategy of "real-time modeling, delay updating" and the combination of variable modeling convergence coefficient and variable random noise amplitude based on signal power are put forward to reduce the amplitude of the introduced random noise and ensure the accuracy of modeling. Based on the signal power, the adaptive adjustment of the noise reduction convergence coefficient is realized. The simulation and theoretical analysis show that the algorithm can accelerate the convergence speed of the system. To improve the stability and noise reduction of the system. The designed active noise reduction system of transformer based on software platform and hardware equipment is used in the noise reduction experiment of 50MVA transformer with rated operation, and the noise reduction effect of 10 ~ 18dB at the error microphone is realized. The average acoustic energy density is reduced by 90.01 and 98.41, which verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm in noise reduction of practical power transformers.
