【摘要】:雙定子永磁無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)(DS-PMBL)因其高機(jī)械集成度、高轉(zhuǎn)矩密度而具有較高的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。但其特殊的結(jié)構(gòu),難以用現(xiàn)有的設(shè)計(jì)程序進(jìn)行電磁設(shè)計(jì)。將基于Ansys軟件中的RMxprt模塊并結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)磁路計(jì)算法,借助定子裂比優(yōu)化法探討將DS-PMBL拆分成兩個(gè)單定子永磁無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)(內(nèi)電機(jī)和外電機(jī)),分別展開設(shè)計(jì),最終將兩個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)方案合理拼接成DS-PMBL模型,并通過(guò)相關(guān)仿真試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證模型的性能。
[Abstract]:Double stator permanent magnet brushless DC motor (DS-PMBLM) has high application value because of its high mechanical integration and high torque density. It is difficult to use the existing design program for electromagnetic design. Based on the RMxprt module in Ansys software and the traditional magnetic circuit calculation method, With the help of the stator split ratio optimization method, this paper discusses how to split DS-PMBL into two single-stator permanent magnet brushless DC motors (inner motor and outer motor) and design them separately. Finally, the two design schemes are connected into DS-PMBL model reasonably. The performance of the model is verified by simulation experiments.
