【摘要】:火電機(jī)組超低排放改造有效降低了燃煤電廠的污染物排放總量,但部分改造后的脫硫系統(tǒng)在運(yùn)行中暴露出設(shè)計(jì)裕量過大、改造過度、運(yùn)行能耗過高等問題。對(duì)此本文提出:應(yīng)合理確定脫硫系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)邊界條件,根據(jù)實(shí)際燃煤及煤源選擇合適的設(shè)計(jì)煤質(zhì)硫分;優(yōu)化脫硫系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案,選擇節(jié)能設(shè)備,設(shè)計(jì)方案應(yīng)兼顧不同負(fù)荷工況下脫硫系統(tǒng)的靈活調(diào)節(jié)與節(jié)能運(yùn)行;調(diào)整運(yùn)行方式、優(yōu)化運(yùn)行參數(shù),并使用脫硫增效劑等。上述措施可為同類工程設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化提供參考。
[Abstract]:The retrofit of ultra-low emission of thermal power units effectively reduces the total pollutant emission of coal-fired power plants, but some of the retrofitted desulphurization systems expose excessive design margin and excessive retrofit in operation. The paper points out that the design boundary condition of desulfurization system should be reasonably determined, the suitable design coal quality sulfur should be selected according to the actual coal combustion and coal source, the design scheme of desulfurization system should be optimized, and the energy saving equipment should be selected. The design scheme should take into account the flexible regulation and energy-saving operation of the desulfurization system under different load conditions, adjust the operation mode, optimize the operation parameters, and use desulfurization synergist, etc. The above measures can provide a reference for the design optimization of similar projects.
