【摘要】:有載調(diào)容變壓器是一種新型節(jié)能變壓器,能在不中斷供電的情況下,根據(jù)負(fù)荷變化自動調(diào)節(jié)容量,避免用電負(fù)荷長期達(dá)不到變壓器運(yùn)行的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)荷狀態(tài),即避免處于“大馬拉小車”狀態(tài)。其作為節(jié)能減排的利器,近年來廣泛用于油田、排灌、水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖、農(nóng)村電網(wǎng)等周期性、季節(jié)性負(fù)荷變化顯著的場合。尤其在當(dāng)前國家承擔(dān)繁重的減排國際義務(wù)的背景下,電力系統(tǒng)使用節(jié)能設(shè)備的需求越來越迫切。有載調(diào)容變壓器既要保證安全供電,又要兼顧降低變損的任務(wù),使它的運(yùn)行管理較常規(guī)的變壓器有本質(zhì)的區(qū)別,對有載調(diào)容變壓器進(jìn)行智能實(shí)時保護(hù)具有重要的實(shí)際意義。論文在當(dāng)前有載調(diào)容變壓器運(yùn)行管理現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,通過深入研究分析有載調(diào)容變壓器的工作原理、性能參數(shù)及功能缺失類型等情況,在現(xiàn)行調(diào)容變上運(yùn)行控制技術(shù)上,增加自適應(yīng)容量變化過載保護(hù)策略(Adaptive Capacity Change of Overload Protection,下文中簡稱ACCOP)和小容量切換到大容量時的負(fù)荷限制策略(Small Capacity to Switch to the Large Capacity Load Limit,下文中簡稱SSLLL),避免了由于變壓器過載而導(dǎo)致的變壓器損壞故障,提高供電質(zhì)量,改善容量轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)工況和延長使用壽命,延長運(yùn)維周期,減少運(yùn)維工作量。通過控制保護(hù)技術(shù)及功能的完善,來滿足新型節(jié)能變壓器的運(yùn)行管理要求,從而保證了低壓配電系統(tǒng)的安全供電和節(jié)能減排目標(biāo)的雙實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Load regulating transformer is a new type of energy saving transformer, which can automatically adjust capacity according to load change without interruption of power supply, and avoid the economic load state that power load can not reach transformer operation for a long time. That is to say, to avoid being in a "big horse car" state. As a sharp tool for energy saving and emission reduction, it has been widely used in recent years in oil fields, irrigation and drainage, aquaculture, rural power grids, and so on. Especially in the context of the heavy international obligations of the state to reduce emissions, the demand for the use of energy-saving equipment in the power system is becoming more and more urgent. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account the task of reducing the loss, so that the operation and management of the transformer is essentially different from that of the conventional transformer. It is of great practical significance to carry out intelligent real-time protection for the on-load regulating transformer. On the basis of the current operating and management situation of the on-load regulating transformer, this paper analyzes the working principle of the load regulating transformer through in-depth research and analysis. Performance parameters and missing types of function, etc., in the current operation control technology, Add adaptive Capacity Change of Overload protection strategy and load restriction strategy for small Capacity to Switch to the Large Capacity Load limit when small capacity switches to large capacity. Transformer failure caused by load, To improve the quality of power supply, improve the working condition of capacity switch and prolong the service life, prolong the operation and maintenance period, reduce the workload of operation and maintenance. Through the improvement of control and protection technology and function, to meet the requirements of the operation and management of the new type of energy-saving transformer, Thus, the safe power supply and energy saving and emission reduction goals of low-voltage distribution system are guaranteed.
